I usually go through the drive thru. The staff is incredibly kind. I'm usually a hot mess in the mornings and they deal with it with such kindness and grace. The few times I've been inside it's always clean. My only two small drawbacks are 1. The seasonal snackin bacon always seems to be unseasoned and tastes like plain bacon. 2. It's a small local town place and the only chain in town. I wish they were more involved in the community, even as a franchise owner. I haven't been in this town long but have been to a lot of community events and haven't seen a box of Joe donated or a gift card to any school event.

This particular dunkin in killingworth is wonderful. They know many of their customers names. Kate and Rachel are great role models and each and every employee there always makes me feel important, greeting me by name and rembering my order from the previous day.

i love this dunkin! i’m usually putting through larger orders and everyone is very nice and accommodating about it. they’re quick, friendly, and always get my orders correct :)
3rd time I have been here and it has not been open at the advertised opening time with zero employees present at 4:30 opening time. Pretty sad.

We visited this dunkin 3 times and all 3 times the person taking order wasn't paying attention and put in wrong. The young man who apparently the manager was very rude and would be very short with us. I didn't take it personally because I saw him be the same way to other customers. I never received an order made correctly and the worst part was the young man making the food was eating at the same time he was making the food. The place was filthy as well. I think someone should reconsider the management there as it is a beautiful location and such a shame it's being run this way.

this Dunkin is an absolute disgrace. The careless workers messed up my order, not once, but twice in the third time instead of correcting it they just cover the mistake. I will never go here again.
