My son stopped here on the way to visit mevin Middletown. When I opened my grinder, it looked pjay BUT I have to say it was the WORST grinder I have ever got from Subway. I asjed for a #8 with everything except hot peppers. There was hardly anything on it. Couldn't even see the lettuce. I asked for oil and vinegar as a dressing and there was none on it. At least I did get wheat bread liked I asked for. Well yes, of course I ate it because I was starving. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE KILLINGWORTH SUBWAY AGAIN!!!. I do not know if the server was new or not but if so, Definetly was not trained properly...I suggest that this person gets more training or replaced because he/she can not make a grinder. I don't understand it either because how hard is it to make a sandwich???Was there around 5 or 6pm on Saturday, Dec 30, 2023.

The owners were super friendly and made excellent sandwiches! All the ingredients were perfectly portioned and evenly placed, they took their time with the sandwich and didn't just throw everything whichever way which we appreciated :)

Nasty owner refused to accept his own coupon! The only reason I came in was because it came in the mail today. Why send it if you won't honor it...?When I presented it, he shouted at me "NO COUPONS! WE DON'T TAKE NO COUPONS!"There was even an advertisement stating that the coupons are accepted next to the register. First and LAST visit here!

Worst Subway I've ever been to. The owner and his wife are very stingy with the veggie toppings. I had a Subway coupon and they wouldn't honor it. After he made the sandwich, I told him to enjoy it and that they just lost a customer... stay away.
