Stopped by Chili’s yesterday afternoon and had such a great experience! Our server, Matthew, was genuinely friendly and made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always, love their mozzarella sticks, my crispy chicken sandwich hit the spot, and my daughter’s chicken bacon quesadilla is always a winner. The manager and entire team were so kind and attentive. We truly appreciate that level of customer service.... it feels like a long-lost art these days. ❤️ Whenever we’re out and about in the Lisbon area and want something quick and reasonably priced, Chili’s is our go-to.

Our server Genny was awesome, friendly, personable, and very attentive! Great food, nice atmosphere, decent prices. Brisket quesadia was very good as were the ribs! Amber was our bartender for the evening and was quick to refill my wife's margarita, awesome service!
The menu selection was weird. There weren't that many options, but if you ask something, they will explain to you. This place can get very packed. Very good service, but just be mindful of the very weird menu layout. It's not very specific on the specialty of the place.

You better dine in or your meal will not be half as good because they know by the time you notice you will be gone and won't come all the way back. The honey Chipotle crisper BARELY covered with any sauce, and my fries were DEFINITELY stale and old, can tell by color and the fact it was a salt bomb because they seriously think salting them again will hide that they sat there a long time. Don't know why I bother leaving a review, Chili's NEVER cares. But done finally cause I give up buying from corporations that daycare to change. Will go to LA Stella's pizzeria which is dam good

Our order was severely undercooked. We said well it came red and bloody and a couple hamburgers. The french fries were lard balls. The kids hamburgers were not cooked either. Not a good experience.

Gimme those baby back ribs! Preferably the Texas dry rub! Huge burgers or Mexican are also a favorite.
