Constantly inconsistent.

Made a mobile p/u. Was waiting at the order speaker for at least 5 minutes (store was not busy). I gave my order number and it took another 5 minutes to get to the p/u window. When I arrive there they had no idea what I was there for. I had to again give my order number. They need to hire more competent people. My second trip was much better since the person at p/u window was excellent at his job.

Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts, the young lady that works what time effort and understanding in every order every time. I don’t remember her name but today she worked around 4:30 PM August 15, 2025. Thank you for always going above and beyond and helping me.

Staff completely ignored me while I stood at the counter for 5mins they wouldn't even look at me. Very rude

Great service. I give the staff alot of credit. They deal with a multitude of people yet are still a pleasure. Great work and my coffee is always perfectly made

I'll never eat here again, staff was extremely rude I ordered loaded hash browns The girl knew we were going to sit down at the tables inside and eat. We waited about 15-20 minutes finally got our food and my loaded hash browns did not come with a fork I asked for a fork after waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. And they didn't have any upfront so nobody would go in the back to get me a fork The three people that were waiting at the register turned around and walked out. This is the second or third time that I walked into this place and was ticked off when I left. Do not go here every single employee is miserable and don't want to work they're lazy and the food was crappy anyways. If you want good dunkin' donuts go to the one in Waterford it's worth it

It's 5:49 on a Wednesday the 19th of June The woman behind the counter was really rude. She even tried to shortchange me 15 bucks. I gave her a 20 and change that was due. She didn't give me any money back. I had to hunt her down to give me the balance of the 20 bucks I gave her. Really sleazy. She does not want to be here. Horrible horrible dunking experience

Won't return money after failing to make drink after I was told that all they had ....force to get remake that r equally poor ........and waiting for an 1/3 hour for them in an empty location ...
