I'll never eat here again, staff was extremely rude I ordered loaded hash browns The girl knew we were going to sit down at the tables inside and eat. We waited about 15-20 minutes finally got our food and my loaded hash browns did not come with a fork I asked for a fork after waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes. And they didn't have any upfront so nobody would go in the back to get me a fork The three people that were waiting at the register turned around and walked out. This is the second or third time that I walked into this place and was ticked off when I left. Do not go here every single employee is miserable and don't want to work they're lazy and the food was crappy anyways. If you want good dunkin' donuts go to the one in Waterford it's worth it

It's 5:49 on a Wednesday the 19th of June The woman behind the counter was really rude. She even tried to shortchange me 15 bucks. I gave her a 20 and change that was due. She didn't give me any money back. I had to hunt her down to give me the balance of the 20 bucks I gave her. Really sleazy. She does not want to be here. Horrible horrible dunking experience

I wish they could take orders correctly, Caramel hot coffee 3 sugar, 3 cream & 3 caramel. Then shake to mix it. I hate everything on the bottom cup. This goes out to all D/D get it right.

Every time I go there something gets made wrong, forgotten - or for example I JUST ordered 50 assorted munchkins for 4 kids to split, got home and they gave me 50 chocolate ones. Two full boxes of chocolate munchkins - not a word to me about not having assorted options available. $15 down the drain aside from the maybe 10 pieces that will get eaten. Overall not a huge deal but definitely my last time going there.
