Overheard a mean customer complain about the service disrespectfully and made me remember to come and point out how much respect and love I have for this McDonald's and have never had nothing but good experiences. Thank you

Drink machines always broken down. Hand dryer in bathroom broken last time I was there, no paper towels offered instead. The seating area was very cold and it stunk all near the bathroom. Yet the bathroom itself didn't stink as bad as the dining area. My experience dining in there for the first time in a year was very poor! Every time I've been in there it doesn't ever seem clean and theres always stuff on the menu I want not available. Theres only 2 Mcdonalds near me with a playground for my kid. This is 1 of them thats also the closest to my home. I wish McDonalds would bring back the I door playground and make it more kid friendly like it use to be. Please, this McDonalds in Lisbon seriously needs a new work over, new look and new machines. This McDonalds is pathetic! The playground itself seems clean but the echoing is very loud when kids are at play. Eating in the playground is hard. Your ears hurt from the loud screaming echos from kids screaming while playing.

This is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to. For starters, the food at this location is always impeccable. They always have the most crispy fries and tastiest burgers. They are genuinely a step above every other McDonalds I have been to.
I decided to write this review today after an experience with this location where they displayed above and beyond customer service. I love Cinnamonroll from hello kitty, and I really wanted the Cinnamonroll X Donetello happy meal toy. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to sell me specifically that toy if I came to the store. To be quite frank, when I reached out I did not expect results, and was actually kind of afraid of being dismissed or treated like a nuisance. The person who answered when I called, though, was extremely kind and looked for the toy for me. Unfortunately they were not able to find it, but genuinely seemed remorseful they could not find it for me.
Then, a few hours later, to my complete surprise I received a call back. It was the same employee and they said they actually did end up finding one and that they would hold it for me. I went to the location and was treated, once again, very kindly by the person at the front counter as I made my purchase. They also respected my gender identity which is something I greatly appreciate.
To me this demonstrated above and beyond commitment to customer satisfaction that I think deserves praise! Thank you McDonald's Lisbon! I love my Cinnamonroll Donetello.

Witnessed at drivethur, looking Thur window, apparently worker didn't know I was there, she had a cup medium size, full to top, so she took a sip to make itess an for too to fit, an put top on juice an served to upcoming customer, cameras needed in kitchen, not safe, food handling
Staff here are so rude , customer service has gone way down hill at fast food joints . Don’t recommend coming here unless you wanna deal with teenagers having no manners or common courtesy

This is not the place to bring children with autism if you have to restrain them they will call the cops on you even though they don't know what's going on or why you're doing what you're doing to keep your children and other children safe they will call the cops on you do not bring any autistic child here this is my real experience with the place and if they take this down again I'll keep posting it and I will post it to my Facebook too this place needs to get shut down it's always dirty the people always mess up the orders this place should be checked out by the Better Business Bureau as it's probably the dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in and I used to work at the one in Putnam. Not to mention calling DCF on you I got news for the manager at McDonald's you just offered your company up for a lawsuit for defamation of character if you do not know what's going on in this situation don't act like you do my son is an autistic child who's supposed to be wearing hearing aids that his mother does not provide for my visits and since you want to say I abuse my kid I will see you in court as I can guarantee tomorrow I will be filing defamation of character charges against you have a good day
