I was at the Lisbon McDonald's on Sunday November 17th for lunch and the cashier named William nice and patient with us and offered to pay for the food when the card declined he deserves a raise and now I don't want to go to any other McDonald's

I went in there around 3:30 to the drive in window with one of my other workers and she ordered a Green Tea drink and the guy that gave her her drink the straw was all wet and when she asked for a new one he through a handful at her. I call that bad service so we don't go there anymore we go elsewhere, you need to get better help.

So I’m gonna leave a review for McDonald’s. Reviews from one McDonald’s to another don’t change too often because the food is the food and the atmosphere is the atmosphere.However, the biggest variable is the people who work there. I have not visited this location in the evening but I frequently visit in the morning for an iced coffee and I can say that the morning crew are extremely delightful. The ladies who take your order and greet you at the window to take your payment...
