Panera Bread in Lisbon is by far the best Panera I’ve ever been to!! The staff is amazing!! They are so friendly and welcoming and have such a great working relationship with each other!! I have so much respect for the managers and how well they run this Cafe!! They all make it a point of calling me by name and I look forward to seeing each and every one of them every time I visit!! You can see by the way they interact with each customer that they truly care about us!!! This cafe is extremely clean, and the food and drinks are always fresh and delicious!!! This is my favorite restaurant, not only because of the exceptional food, but also because of the incredible people who work here!!!

I recently ordered from Panera and, to be honest, I was disappointed. I ordered a chicken Cobb salad, but two pieces of avocado had rotten spots on them. Instead of bread, I received an apple, which was also rotten. The pick-two soup and sandwich was nothing special. In general, the food wasn’t worth the $30 price tag. I won’t be returning to Panera anytime soon.

I’ve been to this location twice and will not go back! I ordered a Greek salad and it was mostly the stalk in my salad and they do not fill the bowl for the price you are paying!

Walked in Friday night 8:30 pm. The list of ‘we’re out of’s’ was long. But the kicker was we asked for a side of bread. With about 8 racks (no exaggeration) of fresh baked bread one foot behind the cashier we were told ‘sorry we are out of bread’. We literally were speechless and they wouldn’t agree to use one loaf so we left. Twilight zone. Would have spent $50 or more.
First time trying Panera I tried the chicken bacon rancher and the chili. The Rancher was good and all ingredients were fresh. The chicken was kinda bland it needed more seasoning to make it standout. The chili was good in taste but lacked many things it lacked spice and it lacked filling. Small portions. The staff could have been more polite and informative when I first ordered. The panera chips are awful do not eat them they cut up the roof of my mouth.
