I used to enjoy Panera Bread, but the quality of service has become unacceptable. The last five orders I’ve placed have all been missing items. When ordering delivery, customers can’t check the bag—so accuracy is literally the bare minimum. I paid for specific items and did not receive them. This is not a one-off mistake; it’s a pattern. Employees are paid to prepare orders correctly, and right now that isn’t happening. Do better.

Panera Bread in Lisbon is by far the best Panera I’ve ever been to!! The staff is amazing!! They are so friendly and welcoming and have such a great working relationship with each other!! I have so much respect for the managers and how well they run this Cafe!! They all make it a point of calling me by name and I look forward to seeing each and every one of them every time I visit!! You can see by the way they interact with each customer that they truly care about us!!! This cafe is extremely clean, and the food and drinks are always fresh and delicious!!! This is my favorite restaurant, not only because of the exceptional food, but also because of the incredible people who work here!!!

I recently ordered from Panera and, to be honest, I was disappointed. I ordered a chicken Cobb salad, but two pieces of avocado had rotten spots on them. Instead of bread, I received an apple, which was also rotten. The pick-two soup and sandwich was nothing special. In general, the food wasn’t worth the $30 price tag. I won’t be returning to Panera anytime soon.

I’ve been to this location twice and will not go back! I ordered a Greek salad and it was mostly the stalk in my salad and they do not fill the bowl for the price you are paying!
