Great food, convenient location. Good selection and decent service.
Environment is challenging. Extremely limited parking, limited seating and be prepared -the place is always freezing.

If you don’t mind spending $45 on mediocre Breakfast sandwiches, One cup of drip coffee, And two decent donuts And then waiting 20 minutes for the sandwiches to come out you’ll be In heaven here. They’ve gone downhill for sure and the prices keep going up. And they pay their employees poorly. $45 For two eggs sandwiches… I’d rather go to blue gate. A breakfast sandwich shouldn’t cost $15

Absolute fantastic coffee pastry - donuts and sandwiches. A fantastic stop in Litchfield county (despite New Yorkers you have obviously read reviews- jk!)

The Ruben sandwich is the best I’ve had. In my opinion it leaves the famous Katz deli one for dead.

I had a delicious fried chicken sandwich, strawberry rhubarb donut, and a cherry vanilla ice coffee!! The donut was so fluffy and soft.

By FAR the best coffee shop and cafe in this part of Connecticut. They have excellent offerings, great espresso drinks and delicious food. Service is also wonderful 10/10!!!!

The homemade donuts onsite are out of this world! Melt in your mouth good. The ginger turmeric iced Chai tea was true to it's name. The roast beef sandwich was perfection. Highly recommend visiting Arethusa a mano!

Best donuts 🍩 I've EVER had!!! The donuts were still warm from the oven at noon! Went here for brunch. Great staff, great location and great atmosphere. Parking is limited so come early! I recommend the cruller donut. I also recommend the reshi tumeric ginger chai latte.

I stop here every time I'm in the area and bring treats home to my family. It's well worth a detour. The baked goods are amazing as are the sandwiches!

Walked in at 3:20 and a woman said they were closed and all I could get were pastry. Their food is good and clearly the sign said they closed at 3:30. I worked in food and retail and would never turn away customers. Cleanup happens after the doors are locked.

Quite possibly the best combination:
Arethusa Milk 🥛 + Stumptown coffee ☕️

Their donuts never disappoint either. I just wish it was a cozier space on the inside, some couches and lamps and books perhaps?
