Good food, very helpful and friendly staff. The food is usually pretty good and consistent. I know there is a few Hometown pizzas within surrounding towns. The one from Thomaston is pretty good too.Vegetarian options: You could orde| several of their pizzas that do not come with me, also you could really request almost everything without me so I'm not sure if they have a menu but you could easily do it vegetarian vegan on

I understand prices are up but damn !!! Go to woods pit in bantam and eat like a king for half the price and have real food not over priced bread and rabbit food!! Sorry but just telling the truth!! Nice selection of slices. NY style pizza, it's decent, although the cheese slice was somewhat greasy. Quick & friendly service.

They are located behind a gas station in Litchfield, CT. They rank up there with Bigfoot and UFO's in terms of things you might randomly find while driving. That being said, make the effort. Their pizza is awesome, with perhaps the most perfect crust I've had. Everything else on their menu is well done, too. Why does all the magic happen behind a gas station?

I have never gone to a place of business and been treated so badly. The owner of this place is the most disrespectful man I have seen, when you yell at my wife and young kids it will be the last time I do business with you. I will make it my mission to tell everyone I know what has happened and caution them on what kind of place this is.

Great pizza, nice and quick. Big pieces. Has to be one of the better hometown pizza places. Food is always hot and plentiful. Good lunch and decent price.

The pizza was good. The service was fantastic. The girls that tended to is were very polite, kind and accommodating. We originally ordered take out not then our group of 10-12 changed their mind. Three staff jumped right into action and set up the tables for us.

I really enjoy this place. The staff is friendly, and overall, the food is excellent. I've dined in, and I order here on my breaks at work.

I ordered just a slice of the bacon ranch and a slice of mushroom and they were phenomenal. The bacon had cheese that strung every bite and the mushroom was fantastic. I did not eat in but the take out was fast and staff ladies were very pleasant. Definitely coming back and my new favorite pizza place in the Torrington area

I keep giving Hometown Pizza another chance and I did last night and it will be the last one. I ordered takeout and it was timely and ready when I got there. I ordered a small house salad and a small pizza with onion and pepper. The cost was $28 read that again the cost was $28. The pizza was bad as it has been in the past. The sauce has absolutely no taste. It makes Campbell's tomato soup look like a gourmet specialty it was undercooked the cheese was too gooey, and there was hardly any onions or peppers on it. I had one piece of it, and I threw it out for the crows. The salad had about as much lettuce as you would give a rabbit. I am not kidding. I can pick up all the contents of the salad in my hand. this definitely is the last time I go there and I highly recommend that you do not go. There are other pizza places in town that are much better than this. Last note for less than this amount I could've gotten outstanding pizza from Pepe's. This place should just cut their losses and close their doors.
