KawaSaki Japanese Restaurant

We order takeout from Kawasaki practically weekly. The sushi is very good. Best in the area and we have tried it all. They are usually busy. They occasionally forget sauces, but the orders are always right. Strongly recommended.

Their miso soup is my favorite!! I’ve been all over the world, and still find their soup to be better than any I’ve tried. The fried rice and sushi are also great, I’m not a big raw fish eater though, so I opt for the vegetarian rolls.

This place is the absolute worst Japanese restaurant I’ve been to in my life. I do not live in CT. Some of my sashimi was marginally acceptable, but my friend’s chicken teriyaki was awful, as in inedible. Microwaved old, previously cooked with cheap teriyaki sauce poured over. Rude PRC waitress.

Amazing

Highly recommend KawaSaki. Have been going there for over a decade - and always liked it but they must have gotten a new chef - because lately the food is off the hook. Absolutely delicious - fresh , gorgeously presented , mouth watering !
The " all you can eat " Lunch and Dinner price is a steal . I feel guilty because we always order so much food. Try the Valentine roll ❤️ It's fantastic.

Great sushi, other places will give more rice less fish but here they give you a healthy portion of fish which is rare.

This has an all-you-can-eat menu, in addition to the standard menu. The quality of the sushi is phenomenal. Everything is delicious. We've never had bad food from here.

Not great but not terrible. Its good if you live in the area and want to stay local. The service isn’t the best, they are quick and not the most friendly, but the sushi was okay.
