Ordered a sandwich with dressing on the side and saw the ticket with “on the side” circled. Got home to a mushy sandwich drenched in dressing. Also got a chicken Caesar salad which was not a Caesar salad. Had tomatos, onions, motz cheese, prosciutto and deli chicken. Obviously they don’t know what a Caesar salad is. Thanks for wasting my money for the garbage to enjoy! This is also not the first time I have eaten here, but I can assure you it’s the LAST!

Under the newer ownership has gone way down hill. Sandwich today was older meat from a canister, not fresh sliced. Didn't taste great, poorly put together. Very expensive for a small sandwich with chips/soda $18. Used to be all fresh, better tasting, and far cheaper. Will not go back.

I went in for the first time to order a salad with grilled chicken, and was shocked to witness the server, using her own ungloved hands to cut up the chicken and to prepare the salad! I was later told that it’s not the “law” to use gloves. My response was no thank you on the contaminated chicken salad that you were trying to serve! Pay attention to public health! Let the buyer beware. It also seems that the server was never taught how to cut food using a fork and a knife. How disgusting!
They have so many sandwiches to choose from, they have healthy and gluten free options too! Everything i have tried has been delicious. The employees are so friendly and welcoming!
