Absolutely fantastic experience. Christine, the owner of the coffee shop took our order and she couldn’t have been more kind or accommodating. A business run by its owner carries a certain quality. You can sense when a place is guided by the person who built it, and that is definitely the case at Toast. From the family friendly atmosphere to the food drink and pastries, every detail reflects care, intention, and hospitality.
If you’re passing through the Litchfield area, it’s absolutely worth the stop.

Was my first time going and won't be my last time :) I had the avocado toast with fried eggs and balsamic glaze on top ! Was fantastic 👏 And just a dark roast coffee hot also on point met the owner as well.

It's cute inside- the town needs something like this. The kids love the donut selection- I had a vanilla latte which could have been a bit stronger. They seem to be working out the kinks of being a new restaurant- within some time it should be a town staple!

If mobile ordering, don’t reply on a text. Used to be great, could use a tech update maybe and additional help.
Update: I’ve gone numerous times since and have been disappointed by inconsistent food, delays, promised discount (never received) and again another order never received. If tech is the issue, disable online ordering. Taking a long break! Staff is always nice though seem frustrated with system management.

Went there because we were looking for a quick place to eat a light lunch. The person behind the register was very pleasant and quick.
We were disappointed in the food we received. My chicken sandwich, pictured, was very bland with limited taste at all. My wife's salad, also pictured, did not have enough dressing for the amount of salad given.
The atmosphere was nice, with indoor and outdoor seating. Inside floor could have used a little sweeping.
Overall, not what we were hoping for.

Traveling back home to Detroit when we stopped at Toast and Company. Staff were friendly. Food was delivered fast and was delicious. The coffee was superb. Thank you, Toad on the Road

I really wish I could’ve left a good review. I generally like toast and co. Our experience there yesterday was not great at all. We ordered a small cold brew, a large cold brew and a smoothie. We were handed two small cold brews and a smoothie. When we asked the attendant where our large coffee was, he said he didn’t know, walked back into the kitchen and never came back. Thanks for ripping me off.

I LOVE Toast and Co in Litchfield and Crumbs in Torrington. I love the hot honey grilled chicken sandwich (I get it without cheese) and the guava lemonade. Whether take out or dine in, it's always quick, friendly service. I love the text messages when orders are ready.

I absolutely love the new space! It’s perfect for one coffee meetings, group get together, and I also love heading there for my workspace. I find a more creative and productive in that environment!

Pleasant building, but it’s fifty degrees out, and the girl taking my order somehow assumed I would want an iced latte. In November. I was then expected to pay for a second latte, which was disappointing. Decent coffee, but.. not the best service. Just spent eighteen dollars for a coffee.

I would like to thank the owner, and host for all you did to help me out this morning. I was doing an event at the Goshen Fair Grounds. The Black Bear Americana Music Festival, and my home base is an hour and a half away. I didn't restock my coffee cups and you didn't blink an eye and advised the host to give me 2 sleeves. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You saved my day.
A really good egg sandwich and coffee.
