I absolutely love the new space! It’s perfect for one coffee meetings, group get together, and I also love heading there for my workspace. I find a more creative and productive in that environment!

Pleasant building, but it’s fifty degrees out, and the girl taking my order somehow assumed I would want an iced latte. In November. I was then expected to pay for a second latte, which was disappointing. Decent coffee, but.. not the best service. Just spent eighteen dollars for a coffee.

The Black Bear Americana Music Festival, and my home base is an hour and a half away. I didn't restock my coffee cups and you didn't blink an eye and advised the host to give me 2 sleeves. We absolutely love this place! We live nearby and take all our friends and family here for breakfast when they visit. The staff is so incredibly kind. The food is delicious! Prices are good! Highly recommend.

The worst customer service, they don’t acknowledge you when your at the window, they take forever to even get your order out, I waited almost 30 min for an açaí bowl, and then they forgot about me, walked by the window and ignored me, then didn’t even apologize or have any regards to how long I was waiting, when I made the online order ahead of time, originally because I had my toddler in the car.
Unfortunately, not a lot of other options in Litchfield & I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but maybe retrain your employees on the basics of customer service because it really feels like they don’t care, and this wasn’t my first experience with them that left a bad taste in my mouth, I’ve just given so many chances at this point, and for the exorbitant prices they are charging (you can literally get a cheaper açaí bowl in California with organic fruits) for what they charge here! Insane, I decided finally to leave a review. Won’t be back.

Really tasty and great service but a little pricy. We love coming here to eat and they have a breakfast wrap that's out of this world. The staff is all very friendly. The coffee is good. I love the creative specials. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Service can be a bit slow when they're busy but they do try to notify you. My son absolutely loves the French toast muffin cut in half and toasted with butter. A great place for brunch with friends. We can't go as often as we used to due to the price but we enjoy it when we go!
