i think this is a hit or miss. apparently the cook did not check the food before leaving the kitchen. The slab of ribs where so bad my husband could not put a fork in them. They were dry up and brittle. we told the waitress and all she said was im sorry you didn't like them. Really!!. Had to ask for everything. more napkins,sugar for the tea.
