I went to to the stores Connecticut McDonald’s on July 18 between 9 PM and 10 PM. I went in and purchased a hot fudge Sunday and I believe I may have left my wallet there. I’ve called every number on the website and directory and they also sound like they’re going to a fax number. Place sucks. Workers r rude and the food is always cold. They almost never get the order right. Tonight was the last straw, they couldn’t even get a ONE McDouble made correctly 🤦♀️
Great customer service! The staff was very kind and gave me 2 coffee bc I only had debit card and and their credit card machine was down. I couldn’t go to another coffee shop bc they were closed due to water issues. I desperately needed the coffee for my night shift job. Thank you!
