I went to to the stores Connecticut McDonald’s on July 18 between 9 PM and 10 PM. I went in and purchased a hot fudge Sunday and I believe I may have left my wallet there. I’ve called every number on the website and directory and they also sound like they’re going to a fax number. Well, I placed my order...but the line in the drive thru is backing up and no one seems to be taking payments or anything else. Does anyone work here? It's not busy at all but these folks seem overwhelmed

Worse Mc D ever, was there for 15 mins and no service, nobody at the regyster all workers on the back, few of them looked at me and keep walking i did try to like yoo yo yooo and nothing i ended up leaving going back to work and no food -5 starts
I placed my order correctly and waited nine minutes for a sandwich and fries, only to receive it incorrectly—it had pickles when it shouldn’t have. Now, I’m having to wait even longer for the correct order. This experience reflects a lack of attention to detail and professionalism. I expect better accuracy and efficiency in service.

Second time gone through the drive-through and my order was not what I ordered and I had to wait a very long time.

Got a coffee, cup was half full. Manager was not customer experienced, no smile, no personality at all, it seemed as if I was bothering him. Other employees were great but the manager needs to work on his personality.

Worker at the window gave attitude and slammed the window shut after they made a mistake on our orders. I work in the service industry and would never treat a customer this way.

The first time I went there was a hair in my frappe. Second time I went we asked for ketchup and they told us it was in the bag already and there was none. The service here is terrible.
