South Town Apizza

I love this place first of all. I come here very often and get pizza a lot. The service is very good and extremely friendly, if you want to try a good pizza, you are at the right spot!!

The food was pretty good, but when I went to pick up my food, I heard a lot of yelling and screaming in the back. The girl at the register was very kind, but the environment overall seemed hostile. Good food, though!

Food is very good but order is constantly wrong ... whether it be a sandwich or salads. Simple changes in toppings are a big issue for them. Also, their margarita pizza has sliced tomato's and not sauce. Not really proper for calling it a margarita.

Had the worst experience - arrived at the promised time, waited another 15 minutes, then was told my pizza order had been cancelled. Asked for a refund, and they couldn't figure out how to do that.

Then it got weird - South Town staff yelling at me, treating me like I was the villain because of their screw up. I left flabbergasted and hungry. Won't be back.

The pizza is decent but I feel it's overpriced. One of the more expensive pizza places in town. For the price I would expect it to be a little better. A lot of people like it but I personally feel it's just average.

Absolutely great Pizza! A nice little hidden gem in Southington Ct! I personally love & go back often. If you are looking for a quick bite you can even get slices warmed up to go!It is a small establishment so it's more of a pick up only. There's no seating, however if im on the go I just eat in my car or bring it to my destination.I'd recommend a large over a small. For the price an size it's worth it to go with the large!! Will be back soon for sure.

Had some really good food from here in the past, however this weekend we got home and our wings were burnt to charcoal. Couldn’t believe someone thought it was acceptable to serve these.

THE ONLY REASON THEIR GETTING A 1 IS CUZ I CAN'T LEAVE THEM A ZERO, Never have I eaten at a pizza restaurant where they either burnt my pizza or made it wrong and they didn't make it over. This place is a take out only so when I got home and realized they burnt my pepperoni* beyond recognition I called the restaurant and I was told I would have to wait until the owner came in to resolve it. They have no managers that that can help either. So I waited and waited and called several more times to inquire why he hasn't responded to my phone calls and got the run around from the employees. At this point Im pretty sure I'm being ignored by the owner so I wouldn't recommend you spend your hard earned money at a restaurant that doesn't even value their customers.
