My gosh!!! The food here is amazing!!!!!!! I'm talking the freshest salads pilled high with any or all of the options ( there's a ton!) I actually felt healthier after eating here. You can tell they are using quality ingredients. Gluten free options galore. We got take out but they have indoor and outdoor dining. We are local but how lucky for the Rt 84 travelers that happen to get off the highway right there to gas up and eat. A healthy fresh meal on the road is hard to find. What a little treasure in Middlebury, Connecticut

I’m beyond happy that BMuse chose Middlebury for its second location! I knew the space when it was Leo’s, and they did a great job of remodeling it. I loved my Boursin roast beef sandwich, and my mom enjoyed her hummus platter. Definitely a perfect stop for lunch and can’t wait until my next visit!
A shame that we lost Leo’s in Middlebury but this place has done a great job of taking over such a legendary spot in town. Food has been incredible so far and the employees are all extremely friendly. Great selection and a very reasonable price for the quality of food that you’re getting. Will happily be coming back here and would recommend it to anyone in the area.

I love this place so much! The salads are so good I could eat them every day. Loaded with amazing fresh ingredients. I actually saw the gal make my Chipotle lime dressing, yes actually slicing a fresh lime! Not using dressing from a bottle.

The service and food was amazing. The buffalo chicken wrap was very flavorful with a bit of a kick. The size of the salad was surprisingly bigger than expected. Thank you to the staff for being very welcoming and accommodating.
