Poor customer service here, as they don't honor reservations!--We had never been here before, so figured we'd try it to catch some basketball games and grab some drinks. I called ahead to make sure we'd have a table and spoke to a girl who took my name down and said we'd be all set. We arrived 15 minutes later, and the host (young man) said our name wasn't on the list and was going to check with the bartender. Before he could even walk over to the bar, a manager came by, whispered something, then walked away. The host informed us they were full and there were no tables available. Manager never even acknowledged us, and saw us very disappointed as we walked right out the door. We ended up at a pizza place across the street, which turned out very well--great beer selection and plenty of TVs! They were much more accommodating to their customers. Maybe we'll give it another shot in the future, or maybe not, especially when management can't even treat their customers with respect!

This might be a wonderful place but my 3/22/24 experience was not. I hate to be a negative Nancy. This place is known around town for its "Giant Bavarian pretzel." Regulars say it comes out hot and you pick it apart it - finger licking good. I brought the kids to go for a snack. It took us 14 minutes until anyone ever came to our table to check in on us. Waiter apologized and said "I didn't even know you were here." Yes that was evident. I ordered the pretzel. See the photo of what we received. Hard, burnt, little nuggets that I could get from the frozen section at the grocery store. They made a knocking sound on the plate, so hard the salt slid right off, nothing to stick to. Maybe just a rough night? But 7pm on a Saturday during March Madness...kind of a hot time for a brewery to get things right..If you're going to charge customers between $15 and $20 for craft cocktails, $8-10 for beer and $13 for burnt frozen pretzel bites, it better be a wonderful experience to balance it out. The environment was great but unfortunately not great enough to make it a positive experience wanting more. Hoping the best.

Service was excellent by our server Casey. She made very good drinks also. Took our baby there and it was it was a good open space for our baby to be in during the day while it was a parents day out. Food was good too. Definitely recommend.
Casey the bartender is literally a queen!! She made the most amazing espresso martini flight and was on top of our big party. Def have to try the white chocolate one - so good. Food was tasty and quick service.

Great place to meet up with friends. They have drinks, food, and some games. Our bartender, Casey, made an amazing white chocolate espresso martini. She also made me a customized kiwi drink since I didn’t like the jalapeño in their menu version, and it was so good! I’d recommend their fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and their truffle fries. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been here a few times and the food has always been delicious! They have a good variety of drinks and specialty cocktails, I’d definitely recommend the espresso or white chocolate martini! The bartenders Casey and Alyssa are awesome, always so sweet and attentive!

DO NOT BOTHER - service is horrible and they straight up steal from you.Been here twice. First time, the bar was relatively busy since football was on but the tables were hardly filled. We had to flag random people walking by because our server sat us and never came back. Took about 30 min to get a drink once we were even able to order.Second experience was with a larger group where they added gratuity into the bill, fine. But as people paid their portions, the server pocketed money from each person and didn’t take off the bill! The last person to pay was stuck with the remainder of the bill AND the full tip amount. We explained that this was incorrect and the server told us “too bad.” We left the rest of the bill amount and the server charged a higher amount than what they were approved for so they collected DOUBLE the amount of tip!!! This is robbery/fraud/ whatever else you want to call it.
