Vyne Restaurant & Bar

I made reservations through the Vyne website for dining room. We were going for a nice dinner for our Anniversary which I also put in the reservation where it asked. We were sat in the bar, which was like romper room. It was insanely loud, people screaming, kids slamming on the booth seats, loud music just all around bad atmosphere for our desired occasion. We have kids of our own and love kids, we also sit in bars very often, however that’s why I specified dining room so we could have a nice quiet dinner, and we didn’t get that, then when I asked there were no seats in the dining room for us to move to. Never use the online reservation service as it is worthless, make sure you call them, that’s what the girl at front desk stated to me. Everyone that I spoke with was very nice, the food was very good, as was the service, however it is not the atmosphere we wanted ok this occasion. I expected more from what I thought was a fancy restaurant.

We had a 7pm reservation, and left at 7:25pm after never getting seated. The staff never checked in, provided updates on tables, or apologized. Even worse, this was the third bad experience here (wedding venue and restaurant). I haven't left a bad review on a restaurant in years, this was terrible! Save your money and take the extra 10 minutes to drive into Waterbury for just as good food.

Overall we consider this a reliable restaurant, we took good friends visiting from out of state to Vyne for this reason and were not disappointed

Tonight was our first time ever at the Vyne and our server AnnMarie was wonderful. She made us feel so welcome and she was so sweet and friendly!! We will definitely be back

We had brunch here previously and the food and service was good. This visit was for a bridal shower and the atmosphere was wonderful! The food was good and the space was perfect for the size of the group.

Went for their Saturday/Sunday brunch.

The food was really good and the drinks were great. Am a bit espresso martini fan and always happy to see a place have the espresso machine for it. Had the salmon eggs Benedict, the hollandaise had a nice bite and surprisingly paired well with the smoked salmon and pickled onion.

The views have a European look to it with the statues and arch ways. We were sat next to the waterfalls, couldn’t have asked for better seating.

They have partnered with the local vineyard around the corner to sell some of their wine, we ended up going there right after! XD

Beautiful patio surrounded by plantings, stone work, and water features. Service was good, if a bit on the slow side. Food was a mixed bag. Appetizers and salads were very good, brussel sprouts were excellent. The crab cake was super salty, fried chicken was soggy, the eggs over easy were hard cooked, medium rare beef was well done. The waffle was cakey. I suspect our food sat under a heat lamp for too long. At this price, I expected better.

Our 1st time here and everything was excellent. Our server was excellent and very attentive. We had the duck confit flatbread, seabass was outstanding and the delmonico steak with blue cheese crust and garlic parm fries. Everything was delicious. Save room for dessert the banana banoffee was outstanding
