“My husband and I got a custom order that consisted of a dozen mini croissants and a dozen lemon madelines for a brunch. Everything was delicious! “To reviewer tmG9470YS - I think you have reviewed the wrong bakery. Our bakery is spotless, all our baked goods are baked fresh and we don't even use the dumpsters (we dont want to attract bears). So I don't know where you went and a found a dirty bakery and found box mixes in the dumpsters it was not Southbury Baking Company. It must have been another local bakery. “I have family in waterbury that we try and visit monthly and this is the first place we stop at each time and believe it or not it is just for the loaves of bread and my brother in law drives all the way from NH to grab just bread for certain occasions.... Amazing place. BTW the desserts are amazing breakfast sandwiches are huge and filling and of course Delicious! My suggestion is go there because there is a lot to choose from and you won't be disappointed.......“
