I have no problem with the actual location but the coffee maker at the time. The woman on the sandwich stations computer wasn’t working so she wasn’t receiving orders and no one was helping her leaving customers yelling at her although it wasn’t her fault. I stated why is no one helping her? And the girl who was making coffees with glasses and a bun gave me a nasty look which is extremely unprofessional. I’ve worked at Dunkin’ Donuts before as a manager and know professionalism is number one. This girl proceeded to glare me down as if she was going to do something. Fix your attitude and help your coworker!

Christina has been a staple in this community for as long as I’ve lived here. The service and friendliness she shows are unmatched. Today I stopped in with my daughter and my coffee even had a personalized note remembering an upcoming birthday! I can’t begin to express how special that one little gesture was.She is exceptional!!
I often stop here as it's right down the road from me. Most of the time I get great service but as of late the employees seem to care more about talking and joking with eachother when there are no shift leaders or managers around. Today for example as soon as my order was complete the cashier immediately ran over to their coworker who was starting to prep my order and loudly distracted them with a story which resulted in me getting the wrong sandwich. This location has gone downhill and I will not be returning in the future.

THIS MIDDLEBURY DD LOCATION EQUALS THE DD ON MERIDEN RD WOLCOTT,FOR 5 STAR FOOD,SERVICE,ATMOSPHERE.AMPLE PARKING ,QUICK,PLEASANT SERVICE!!!!! I DID NOT NOTICE ANY (COLT SEAVER) WANNABES THERE EITHER. ITS A REALLY PEACEFUL PLACE IN A GREAT SECTION OF TOWN.I DID NOTICE A HUMEROUS BIT OF AMBIENCE IN THAT DD. THEY HAVE PIPED IN MUSIC TO THE RESTROOMS. IMMEDIATELY I SURMISED THAT IF A CUSTOMER WAS CONSTIPATED AT THE TIME OF VISIT TO THE RESTROOM,A REALLY MELLOW ,AND SAD WHITNEY HOUSTON SONG IN THE RESTROOM WOULD NO DOUBT ADD A BIT OF ADDITIONAL PAIN TO THE CUSTOMERS ALREADY STIFLED BOWEL MOVEMENT DRAMA.HAHAHAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! JUST A THOUGHT,SORRY!!!!!!!!!!!
