I love this spot!!! Sooo many options. they even have sugar free and soy free and non fat options as well. Take your pic from hard scooped ice cream or soft serve! And you can mix in flavors into your soft serve! Awesome spot!!

We decided to give Middlebury's Best another try after hearing it is under new management. Great to see many people were enjoying a nice evening treat. They have tables inside and outside with plenty of parking. They offer a good variety of soft and hard ice cream with some additional treats in the freezer case. The service was decent, nothing spectacular, definitely an improvement. The ice cream with toppings can get very pricey especially if you are buying multiple. Overall, we will be back-not rushing back but not avoiding it as in the past.

New to the area and looking for vegan treats (sadly not the one in Bethlehem,PA) but glad we found this place. They offer vegan soft serve in a bunch of flavors and you can get it in a cup or a cone. Plus lots of toppings to choose from. If you want you can even make a "blizzard" which they call a Tornado. Got mine with Oreos . For those wondering the base is Ripple (pea protein) not the one in the grocery store, it's specifically made for soft serve . Sorry no pictures as we quickly inhaled the food. Next time!

After hearing that Middlebury's Best was under new ownership, we visited for the first time in over 5 years. Significant changes include a much friendlier staff and the ability to add a large variety of flavors to any of their bases (custard, soft serve, yogurt). I chose fudge brownie in a cookie cone, and my boyfriend chose black raspberry in a dark chocolate cookie cone. The flavors were a bit artificial, so I do think next time I'll stick with the normal bases without the flavor add-ins. We tried a sample of the strawberry yogurt base which was fantastic! They use Gifford's for scooping, which is always a great choice. Loved the ice cream cannoli as well! We are so happy to support Middlebury's Best again! (My prior review, posted 5+ years ago, was negative due to the fact that my boyfriend used to work here and the previous owner treated him and his staff horribly. You can see his lying response below. We refused to return while he owned it)

Devastated that the previous owner sold his business now that it's under new ownership it's not the same!!! You can taste the artificial flavors they are now using the qualities not there but the prices haven't changed to reflect the cheap ingredients! This used to be my favorite place to go for ice cream.

Awful experience. The owner/worker (an older gentleman) was hastily asking what we wanted multiple times as we were trying to look at the Menu. He kept asking my 5 yo what he wanted as I was trying to explain what they had. We were the only ones in there, too! Then charged 14 dollars for a plain vanilla cone and a children's vanilla soft serve Cup. Give me a break! Dont waste your money or time on this establishment. Rude, rude, rude.
The only place to go for delicious frozen yogurt..cakes and containers available as well as ice cream and smoothies with a whole selection of toppings.

Ripped off by the manager. He charged the same price for the kids cup and the small size (or whatever the next size up is called- it is at least 2x the kids size). When I asked for a copy of the receipt, he reluctantly gave me a copy. I asked him why they were the same price. He gave a vague response that didn't make sense. Rather than argue over a few bucks, I chose to tell the world about this scammer and never go there again. Great business model... Lol.

Small casual place in a shopping plaza with a ton of different variations of sweet treats. I got a scoop of their cookie dough ice cream (which is from a place called Ashby's apparently) since they didn't have my go-to flavor (chocolate chip) and I was not impressed. Their were also barely any mix-in's in it. They also had generic waffle cones. They did have a few picnic tables outside for seating however (and it looked like they may normally have some indoor seating as well). Ice Cream Quality: 4/10 Overall: 1/10
