Pretty good place, but I have no idea where the heck Rita ever is. Haven't seen that lady in ages.
They were closed, rita's is No longer at this location. So disappointing.
Whenever I come here it always seems like there’s a problem with the atmosphere , but I just go there of the strength of my son. Will not be coming back
Nice to go for family after dinner
I do like the place I do like my first experience I feel like they own me a frozen moca coffee I was there today I order this coffee frozen moca coff the guy gave me ice coffee instead of whatever is supposed to be not even a smooth is this watering it was a small but I pay money for .
His mistake, he put so mutch of the coffee liquid and 2 sm scoops os the coffee ice .I told him this thing is like water he told me .he can't do nothing .
is the way suppose to be.
I just pay and left but I and up put in the garbage not going back at all .I pay couse my daughter's already started eating the ice they order so the all order only mines was mess up .
so did the right thing not teach my kids the wrong thing.
Apparently free Italian ices today but they do not have any signs that say that. In fact there was a hand written sign that said first day of spring there is a $2 up charge for custard - weird. Also the flavors were not good, no cream flavored ices. Seats up on half the store.
Hiding the special, did not tell us when we were in the store as if they were trying to hide the special. The two store owners were right there just standing there plus a store employee.
Also agree we’re stingy on the custard. Probably will not return to this Rita’s.
Store says they’re open noon to 9pm on Sundays but was clearly closed with nobody inside. Waste of time.

People drive to get here. Maybe be open if the hours show that you are open on Google. People were furious. Including myself.

Drove about half an hour to go here and arrived at 9:20, only to find the doors locked forty minutes before they should be, and an uncaring employee that didn't even acknowledge us while being in their line of sight. If you're gonna close at 9 or something, that's completely fine, but make sure that's what your hours actually say, so you don't waste people's time and gas.

I came at 9:20 to the doors locked. I checked their hours to see that they close at 10pm. At least put a sign on the door stating you’re closing early.

What a great little spot for tasty ice cold treats. Reasonae prices and delicious choices make this a nice goto for the family. Get the frozen custard or an Italian ice. Either way you really can't go wrong.

Multiple visits and each one just doesn’t turn out to be good. The ice cream seem to not be par with the texture. Somehow it was off compared to all Rita’s around the area. And the pricing how am I paying 14$ for two vanillas cones up at Bristol but here I’m almost paying 20$ does not make sense.
