Fiji Tips
Got off on Exit 17 cause of an hour long traffic jam on an already bad day. Decided I’ll stop in for some food real quick. The gentleman that was working got up from his seat immediately and was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. It was quick and efficient, my sub ended up tasting great (way better than most of the other subways), and the friendly staff really turned my day around. Thank you guys!

On 4/21/25 while on family vacation, after being stuck is some bumper to bumper traffic for a very long time, we pulled into this Subway for a bite to eat. Our sandwiches were prepared exactly as requested. The young lady working there was very nice and helpful, and her kindness didn't go without notice. She realized that we were traveling, and she took the extra effort to help make my order suitable for the travel. In all of the millions of places we could have stopped to grab a bite along our route, I am glad we stopped at this Subway. Genuine kindness and a care for customers really means a lot. This quick stop made our travels a lot more enjoyable, and we thank you very much.

12/23/24 Monday 7:45 p.m. the chairs were up but they close at 9 p.m.. no customer service, we ate in our car. The guy then turned off the lights making it look closed. Food was fresh, service meh 😑 bathroom clean. The server was not welcoming, didn't say hi or thank you for coming etc. he even forgot to give us our order. He looked at me as if I was crazy when I asked for our food. The sandwiches are over priced so I expect customer service. Won't be coming back.

Came here looking on Friday at 1pm, employees were very rude and short with us. Food was very average. They don’t offer free water. Haven’t gone to a subway in years and don’t plan on coming back. Food is overpriced for the low
Generally great service, good food, still a tad bit expensive for me, but good go-to for when I’m hungry after class. But… there’s a lot of black specs in their ice. I attached a photo of my sprite that I got today, and you can see three fairly large black specs of something. There were a lot more that I could see when I dumped it out. I don’t want to say that it’s mold, but it definitely looks like the ice machine hasn’t been cleaned in a while ? immediately dumped my sprite when I saw the black specs.

I always love subway because it’s a good go to, but I really want to comment on the hospitality of the young man that was working tonight. (Wed 6/28- 7 pm) in the Middlebury location. That young man behind the counter was so nice and so patient. He had a line almost out the door but with every person he had a smile and made it positive. I give him so much credit- Amazing!!

I was told by the employee on-site 5/21/23 that this Subway location does not accept coupons. Every other Subway I have ever visited has accepted coupons.Go across the road to Le Bobadel Gourmet Deli and get something much better for a cheaper price. Or, go to a different Subway.

Ordered a sandwich said it would be ready by 2:15 when I arrived it wasnt even started. I told the guy I had to leave and to cancel my order. No sorry and just said ok. I wouldve waiting but put the order in at 2 arrived at 2:16 and had to be back to work by 2:30. An apology would’ve been nice but didnt seem to care at all
