Always have heard of this place, not sure what took me so long to actually get here considering I live 15 mins away. This is hands down the best BBQ I've had in quite a while. I can actually taste the meat, not just the sauce, I like how they didn't over do it with the sauce, it was just the right combo. I got mac and cheese as a side, and wish I had gotten an extra side of it, it was so damn good. I would recommend this place without hesitation.
Very tasty meal. My 14 year old was amazed and did not pick over the onions. We had the Moo sandwich with a side of bean and also the hot dog with beans. We will definitely go back and try other things on the menu when in the area. I will try the ribs next.
Been quite a while since I was at the Pig Rig as it has been very busy with work. But was in the mood so decided to go back, and it did not disappoint. First, facility has been upgraded since I was last here, and it looks great. Second, service always perfect. I ordered the Brisket sandwich combo with Mac and cheese and cornbread.
