Waiting 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich is not fast food, even if that sandwich is delicious. Popeyes now charges for everything extra up the wazoo, which isn't the fault of the people that work there but the greed of the corporation. Remember when sauces were free or .25 cents? Remember when two biscuits didn't cost as much as a value meal? Pepperidge Farm Remembers.

Everyone was present at the Gray location, but the manager failed to acknowledge me. I assume they did not address the issue or offer an apology, so l chose to leave. I would not feel comfortable receiving service from an establishment with poor management. It raises concerns about the handling of food. I am unharmed, but the manager's behavior was unacceptable and warrants termination, specifically the individual on duty at 10 AM on the date of this post.

This may be my fourth or fifth time returning to the establishment in the last 12 months and the manager that was cashier and at the time remembered my name my order even my sauce this to me was impressive. Great people skills, memory, and customer service thumbs up to Antoine.

Awful customer support, attempted to cancel a delivery order asap when i realized i had entered the wrong address, instead was put on hold for nearly 15 minutes and ended up being charged a fee anyways

Great service staff even made me laugh staff had great mood food was incredible and even gave me a free strawberry pie for my birthday

Gets a rush of people here and there because buses stops by but other than that it’s a quiet place and cool environment. There is one server thats behind the counter Tall darkskin guy. I didn’t get his name but I overheard people call him Greasy or Greedy. Let me tell you besides him this place is quiet but when he is around he is so loud for no reason he is always yelling and arguing with his coworkers and his service is terrible. He has very bad people skills and you chose this job buddy. If you don’t like to deal with people which I heard him say then get another job. Other than him it’s a great place. Some of the chicken needs to be cleaned better it’s not so good looking inside sometimes but other than that food is really good.

my wife and I go to this location often with no issues, went the other day 09-23-25 went to order our usual all white chicken and I told the server I know it will cost extra and I'm fine with that. the manager who appeared to be on break stopped the server stating this could not be done. I told her I do it all the time and she replied not at this store. which is totally wrong because I've had this done at least 10 times. I went to another Popeyes and was served with NO issues..
