I’m only writing this review bc the service I got from Asia was so phenomenal! They had made an error on the last order and when I brought it to her attention this visit she was quick to rectify that’s and had my new order ready in a heartbeat! So Asia is the Woman!

Always so dam busy couldn't even eat here last time because they ran out of chicken and it was gonna be a 20 min wait. If you're busy, you can see all the customers out front and you're getting low on chicken why do you wait to until you're out of chicken to make more? There should of been some already cooking so when you run out the fresh chicken is coming out.
Fresh hot food was awesome. Best popeyes I've eaten at out here. Friendly service.

This Popeye’s changed the way we are going to view this food chain from now on. In our past three experiences, the people working were rude, insolent and “why are you bothering me" attitude. AND, this was at three different stores.So, we pulled into a TA truck stop in New York to fuel up (we travel full-time in our motorhome). I love fried chicken so I asked my wife to grab us some dark meat while I filled the tank. After everything was all done, we parked and started eating some fantastic fried legs and thighs!! All the sides were terrific. Mashed potatoes, slaw, and rice and beans (which had a nice smoky flavor). But the best part was the friendly, happy and helpful young man behind the counter. That is was is changing our minds about going to a Popeye’s next time. We just hope they’re all like this one.

I have been buying food from this restaurant for quite a while. I love Chicken Popeyes, but it seemed for a while now the employees along with the managers they made a pack to make sure they gave me smallest pieces of chicken for my money 14 dollars and change to be exact for a 3 piece meal with mashed potato and gravy and a drink. The way they treat customers the truck drivers who often bought the food could be compare to a beggars. This Popeyes is the one at 1875 Meriden Waterbury turnpike southington CT. I don't know if they have special preference of whom they choose to serve. As they often say I thought the customer was always right.
