Our waiter was great. However since it has changed over it has gone downhill. Pricier menu, smaller portions, no sides, and fewer options. Was not impressed. Sadly we will not be back. Not worth the price.

Great all around 1st time experience. Check in was easy and was immediately seated.(we had a reservation) Service was great. Food was great! Only gripe is its a little pricey and i think portions could be larger to match. But overall, a great experience. I'll be back.

The food was very good but the service was 5 star. Jesse B was our server and he was warm and personable. He spaced our courses out beautifully. The support staff was also kind and there pride in service was evident.

Brandon, our server, made our experience exceptional. Not only was he efficient in carrying out our requests (there were a lot), he didn't miss a beat and he was incredibly polite yet funny and engaging. We will definitely ask for Brandon at our next visit!

Extremely overpriced food and drinks. Everything is a la carte including bread ($10) and was nothing special. The former Ballo Restaurant was much better in food choices and tastes. Ordered a crab cake dish and was nothing like a crab cake and was extremely spicy and not noted. It was more a pasta dish than a crab cake as described. Service was average and thought it should be more attentive for a perceived upscale restaurant.
Everything was amazing!! The homemade truffle Mac and cheese was out of this world. They come right to ur table and make it. It is not on the menu!! U have to ask. Do not get an app w it tho, unless there are a few of u. The Mac and cheese is filling! The burrata app is also very good. I had the chx parm w pink vodka sauce and my gf had the same w marinara. Everything, including our server, Mike, was awesome!! Highly recommend

Our server was unbelievable. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She anticipated every need and made it a great dining experience. I've been there several times before and always happy but she was even above the norm there. I wish I could remember her correct name but it was like Daria.

We always have a great experience at Ballo. This time did not disappoint. While there was a "slight" issue with our requested seating request, the management team went out of their way to rectify the situation. We had requested to be seated in the main dining room where it is usually much quieter. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, so we wanted this type of experience. A few hours prior to our reservation, we received a call from the manager stating, very apologetically, that he would not be able to accommodate our seating request due to someone/party renting out the entire dinning room. Upon arrival, we were asked which table out in front we would like, we both agreed on a table in the corner. This worked to our liking. Our server came over and introduced himself and was fantastic during our meal. Both the manager and assistant manager(??) came over to introduce themselves and again apologize for the inconvenience. The food we ordered was served at a nice relaxing pace and was excellent. Can't wait to return to one of our favorite restaurants at Mohegan Sun.

Wanted to try the offmenu mac and cheese prepared tableside in a cheese wheel. The experience did not disappoint and the drink selection was nice. Food was excellent and arrived quickly. Would definitely return as service was great as well.
