Everything was amazing!! The homemade truffle Mac and cheese was out of this world. They come right to ur table and make it. It is not on the menu!! U have to ask. Do not get an app w it tho, unless there are a few of u. The Mac and cheese is filling! The burrata app is also very good. I had the chx parm w pink vodka sauce and my gf had the same w marinara. Everything, including our server, Mike, was awesome!! Highly recommend

Our server was unbelievable. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She anticipated every need and made it a great dining experience. I've been there several times before and always happy but she was even above the norm there. I wish I could remember her correct name but it was like Daria.

We always have a great experience at Ballo. This time did not disappoint. While there was a "slight" issue with our requested seating request, the management team went out of their way to rectify the situation. We had requested to be seated in the main dining room where it is usually much quieter. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, so we wanted this type of experience. A few hours prior to our reservation, we received a call from the manager stating, very apologetically, that he would not be able to accommodate our seating request due to someone/party renting out the entire dinning room. Upon arrival, we were asked which table out in front we would like, we both agreed on a table in the corner. This worked to our liking. Our server came over and introduced himself and was fantastic during our meal. Both the manager and assistant manager(??) came over to introduce themselves and again apologize for the inconvenience. The food we ordered was served at a nice relaxing pace and was excellent. Can't wait to return to one of our favorite restaurants at Mohegan Sun.

Wanted to try the offmenu mac and cheese prepared tableside in a cheese wheel. The experience did not disappoint and the drink selection was nice. Food was excellent and arrived quickly. Would definitely return as service was great as well.

You have to pay $10 if you want bread. We chose the Mac and cheese for app for 4 people and received a small bowl. We've had it before with 4 people and there was enough to take home. Service was great, food was good but we were disappointed.

Always a great time at Ballo. Feels like family every time we dine there. We always choose to have cocktails at the bar and eat there as well. Fine service and conversation as always with Scott & John. We have not been there for a few months and was greeted like old friends. Even the manager Brian recognized us and gave us a great big hello. Wouldn't think of dining any where else except Ballo. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Fabulous dinner. See you all soon. The restaurant is very nice. Our food was orders and delivered to our table very fast, but sadly the food was cold, very cold and we had to send it back. It took 3x longer for our food to return than the first time. The waitress was kinda rough and robotic. We have had her in the past and she was the same last time. She seemed upset and made a face when we said tap water is fine. When we just wanted entrees and a side, again she made a face. Was she acting this way because our bill and her tip would then be smaller? We enjoyed the second hot entree and received the bill to find that we were now double charged for all three items. The waitress adjusted the bill, but we were still double charged for the side order. Again the adjust made, but this time the waitress was very annoyed and dropped her order computer on our table and muttered that she should have done this herself and acted like we did something wrong. Not the 35th anniversary dinner we expected. Sorry we didn't want bottled sparkling water, and appetizer, cocktails and dessert. We are not wealthy yet we picked this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary together with what we could afford. If we return we would like to have a nice friendly waitress or waiter like the table next to us had.

We had a fabulous experience we ordered mussels appetizer and I had the veal Milanese and my parents got Campanelle and the broken lasagna all were delicious. We were celebrating my parents anniversary and they brought out 2 canolli's. Our server was Sam and he was fantastic.

We had a great experience here. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was expected. Very energetic and loud, as expected in a packed restaurant. Our server, Brandon, went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy and satisfied. Highly recommend this restaurant and server.

Food and service were excellent. The cannolis, flourless chocolate cake , and vanilla gelato were fantastic. The only value issue we had was the cost of the bottled and sparkling waters. We didn't see costs listed for it on the menu anywhere and were charged $12 per bottle.

Shrimp dishes seem like they use cheap seafood, kind of spongy. Steak was bland, needed much more salt. Side dishes for steak were good, atmosphere is nice, staff is good. I'm Italian and I do cook a lot, so I'm a little hard on the judgment. We ordered two steaks. Four sides and the chicken scallopini. Scallopini did not have mushrooms, but instead had potatoes? However, it was decent. Bill came to $245 for two people we did not order alcohol. place for a special occasion, I've been there twice now probably wouldn't go back.
