Just like literally so good. Very disappointed we didn’t get the employee we have gotten the last two times to make our ice cream cause like that’s my king! but the service was still great and the ice cream is so freaking delicious.

WOW. erin at ben & jerry’s absolutely crushed it. we gave her full creative freedom to whip up a sweet & salty milkshake and she seriously delivered — it was hands down one of the best milkshakes we’ve ever had. not only is she incredibly talented, but she was also so kind and patient while our whole group took forever deciding (and it was right before closing!). never once did we feel rushed. she made us feel welcome, taken care of, and left us with the most delicious treat to top off the night. 10/10 — erin, you’re amazing!

Erin was an amazing help in finding what ice cream didn't have soy in them. And they were cheerful and super nice.
The place is clean and bright and smells amazing. (It's the waffles)

I was pleased with how careful they were with my sons food allergy. The guy who helped us got a separate container from the back of vanilla. My son was so happy to be able to join us for ice cream. Thank you so much for considering those with food allergies.

I came with my wife yesterday and we had a great experience! The person was very friendly and helpful when I didn’t know what I wanted to order. The employee named Eden made the best banana split I ever had. Will be back soon for another!
