We were the only customers there and it seemed like nobody was working there. Buddy you need to evaluate your mohegan sun location big time!! Your employees are rude and never in front and I never see customers at that location ever. Plus the prices your asking for certain things needs to be reevaluated. Things are too expensive for what your asking and no offense your pastries look like they came from a grocery store. Your not giving people incentives to go to your mohegan sun location it seems confused with the desserts, food, and tasting area. It should just be a bakery period! Where you can order baked goods or a cake designed how you want. That's what your known for. Go check ur mohegan sun location NOW!! It needs help BIG TIME!! ZERO customers.

Terrible customer service by lea cashier she refused to take my order and allowed others ahead of me. I complained to the mgr and was taken care of immediately. The cake was delicious but treating disabled people like that is unacceptable.

As so many others have commented, the quality of the food is equal to a grocery store bakery that left their product on the shelf a little too long. The cookies are a bit hard and unremarkable. The tres leches was disappointing and past its prime. It was topped with fresh berries, but the pineapple and peach slices were canned. It seemed like it was beyond its best buy date. I usually love tres leches but I wish I would have gotten something else. If you are really craving sweets and don’t mind paying the casino premium, it does the job. Otherwise, I would skip this place. I certainly wouldn’t travel here as a destination.

Delicious pastries, but a horrible service, the ladies look very upset because we were ordering a bunch of pastries to go. She just dropped the bag and walked away without saying thank you. Very rude workers !!

My husband got me a cake for my birthday today and kind im disappointed. Upon opening you could see that the sprinkles are kinda stale and when I went to cut a slide it just crumbled apart, it was just dry. Silly me thinking it would be a fresh cake but it feels like those cakes were pre-made and frozen until ready to be put on their displays.
Bought a whole cake red velvet. It was dry and disgusting. Had the single slice carrot cake which was slightly better since they put moisturizing things to make it less dry . But if you're name is "cake" boss, It's a disgrace. The cannoli and lobster tail is good but everything is overpriced

Been to this spot once when I popped in to get my gamble on. It’s ok because I’ve been to the original spot in Hoboken, NJ and their cheesecake is delicious. This spot is ok. The customer service is good.

I didn’t feel like dinner dinner so I got breakfast for dinner at Carlos bakery. I really didn’t see how they made the breakfast sandwich, but I don’t think it was made fresh, more of a microwaved or pressed. THE insides IS very hot and taste OK, but the bread taste, stale and rubbery and hard all at the same time, I can get a fresh breakfast sandwich for $2.99 back home vs $7.00. Very disappointed.

We went to get some food as all lights on but was told if we work for Chic fi la we would get served but being tourists doesn't count! We won't be using this place even though never used good luck Carlos! Chic fil la staff must keep them going and public don’t matter so good luck!

Ok guys and girls .. when to the shop after a really good time in the bar . Que up like everyone else with laughs and giggles ? . After I waited inline with everyone ,it got to me and was strongly told by the miss thing with long nails . that we are closed !,, staff only … served the person behind me ok . So I had to go somewhere else felt totally let down ..Felt discriminated for a number of reasons .I’m from the uk and was really looking forward eating from here as I’ve been a fan for years .Now never again .
