Stopped in at the Mohegan Sun location late night and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! My friends and I snagged some delicious treats that tasted even better than they looked!! Stop it if you are near by!!

The breakfast food and coffee is usually decent. The service is horrible and it is so unorganized it is kind of a joke. I was cut by about 8 people while trying to order a sandwich and the worker didn't say anything and sat there with a dumb look on his face. The people working up front have no clue so plan on waiting forever and maybe you will get the right order of mediocrity. Every other breakfast place at the casino is better.

Pastries are good but when you buy a cannoli box and pay almost 40$ it would be nice if they were actually filled with cream. They are just filled enough to to cover the ends.

Quick service. Great cannolis and awesome sugar cookies. The cheesecake bites were great too! Definitely will be back every time we visit!
I'm not sure why all the bad reviews. The Cannoli's were great. They take a fresh shell and fill it with the cream when you order. You get a nice crisp shell since it's not sitting in the case prefilled.

Worst Cake Ever!! I purchased a whole cake to take to family for dinner. I paid 45.00 for it. When it was open I was so embarrassed. The cake was so dry the frosting totally fell off, the cake itself crumbled when I tried to cut it. I immediately checked the return policy on my receipt it stated. No refunds No exceptions!! I felt horrible so 45.00 to Carlos Bakery down the drain. People trust me and stay away, they serve stale food and tell you no refunds, this is crazy. But I was more embarrassed than anything when I gave the cake I purchase from the Mohegan Sun location.

Carlo's Bakery went downhill ever since it went on television fame and fortune went to his head I went to the location in foxwoods casino and Hoboken N.J. and was not impressed at all honestly they ruined the history of a fine Italian bakery for fame and attention so

Just a big fail, signature 'eclair' was old and tasted like a Walmart baker cooked it. Big deli menu nowadays, no 'groove' or specialty with pastries. Hit candy stores instead. Bummer ...won't return.

Hate to do this to a place I think should be good. Just had peanut butter cookies and an eclair on our way out of the casino. I'm not going to complain about the price which was high and I would gladly pay that for high quality baked goods. But to pay a high price and get low quality was too much. The eclair was stale, and the cream was not fresh. The cookie was not very flavorful and needed much more peanut butter. There were 2 staff working the counter and only one was taking orders. There was only 1 person ahead of us and we still waiting over 10 minutes to complete our transaction. Overall I would definitely say these are not worth the calories or the time. Carlo, you can do better!
Just average cheesecake nothing special, but price is very special.

We got hot chocolates and desserts. The hot chocolate tasted really bad and the deserts were mid and we paid 50$. It was not worth it!

This review is only for the crème brûlée pastry pocket which was exceptionally delicious. The pastry itself had a flavor reminiscent of shortbread and the brûlée was really nice. We also bought two slices of cake, they are both pretty large and have some weird to them. Just hope they taste good!

We occasionally come to Carlo's for a snack. However my only complaint is that the items are not priced. You end up like the people in line in front of you asking how much does this cost? I'm sure the staff must be tired of answering the same old question . How much? When you hear the price and think it's too high, you are made to feel like a penny pincher. It seems that they try to guilt you into asking and then buying because you're with a date or friend. If I was alone, I would easily walk away. Delicious but high priced.

Got a couple of breakfast sandwiches at Carlo's. The food was super hot and to die for delicious. My only issue was that I stood at the counter for what seemed like a long time (probably wasn't that long in reality) and nobody waited on me. I was the only customer at the counter and I don't know why nobody would take my order. I even took a picture of the counter area to show I was the only one there. When they did get around to waiting on me the sandwiches came quickly and were great.
