In a lapse in judgement I took my daughters and 7 friends for a sleepover at the casino. Of course they wanted Chik Fil A for dinner. I dreaded going up to the counter and profusely apologized to Jon. “I am so sorry bro, I’m about to mess up your entire night.” Jon stared me dead in the eye and said “Bring it” I rapid fired orders at him, Nuggies, milkshake, lemonades, fries, lots of sauce, oh and someone here is allergic to cherries. Jon got the order out to me insanely quick. It’s like he saw the fear in my eyes of having to be tasked with feeding 9 feral and ravenous children. He painstakingly took extra care to ensure the vanilla milkshake did not encounter even a hint of cherry. I grabbed the bag and mentally prepared myself that food was missing. I was willing to accept this fact as penance for my ridiculously large order on a Friday night. But here’s the thing…. It was all there! The entire order was correct. Jon is the man. John with an H was pretty cool too. Thanks for being great at your job and making life easier for an outnumbered and exhausted mom tonight.
I ordered the Spicy Deluxe and it wasn't spicy so I told them and they remade the order, but still it wasn't spicy. And the price was also higher than other locations, about 3 dollar more per sandwich.
Expensive in the casino but good...love the waffle fries.
Terrible
There are a total of 12 working brain cells between everyone on the afternoon shift at this location. How do you screw up simple orders
Nothing to rave over, it definitely wasn’t anything special. Normal Chick fil A, staff were friendly as normal. Food was fairly quick to come out and line moved quick for a small store, which was pleasing. There was barely any seating though when we went, in Chick fil A and the surrounding concourse. For sure disappointing for a larger party having to split up due to limited dining options. Slightly pricey, even for being in a casino. I expected cheaper. Besides that, there is not too much to complain about. The trash cans are a little odd - they are automatic and a little finicky.
Best chick fila we’ve had and we’ve been all over TN, NH, North Carolina and more. Kids play place is awesome
Second time ordering a large order and not a single sauce is in the bag when my son gets home. Tonight we ordered $145 worth of nuggets and fries just for my son to get home and there be none! My son not only asked for sauce, he asked for a few extra. We bought 90 nuggets. When I called to complain the kid says, “well there’s nothing I can do about it now. If you want to come back to the casino I can give you sauce.” I’m not driving back 15 minutes, searching for parking and walking through the casino. Do better Chick fil a. Definitely not my pleasure 😠
my first and last time. The bun fell apart, the chicken was tough , the fries were bland and chewy, chewy pickles and the come back sauce is overrated.
Our whole order was cold and the chicken was tough to chew. I had to help clean the table and one of the staff did not want to give extra chik filet sauce. They also do not offer the full menu.Very disappointed!!!

NOPE! This is a wannabe Chik-fil-A. The food quality is nowhere close to the original. No wonder they won’t offer survey on their receipts like every other chikfila. The sandwich was stone cold and the fries were super oily, like dripping wet.

I wanted to bring an unusual but important issue to your attention. Recently, I ordered one of your classic chicken sandwiches and noticed something…off. My pickles were placed at the bottom of the sandwich instead of the top, which might seem minor but actually changed the whole experience.
It reminded me of that iconic episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, where Bubble Bass claims SpongeBob forgot the pickles on his Krabby Patty. Just like Bubble Bass, I was eagerly looking forward to a perfectly layered sandwich, only to be disappointed by the unexpected pickle placement. I felt like I’d been served a “wrong” sandwich, just as SpongeBob did, even though the ingredients were technically there.
The pickle placement makes a surprising difference to the taste and texture. When it’s on the bottom, it loses the crunch I love, blending oddly with the bun instead of enhancing the chicken flavor. I would truly appreciate it if your team could review this detail to improve consistency in sandwich assembly. It’s a small change that can make a big difference for those of us who notice!

Located at the Winter Entrance upstairs. It is definitely not on the casino floor as suggested by Google maps
"Matt" of the Mohegan location went above and beyond to help me with a customer service issue, of my own doing. Excellent service like his deserves a 10 star review!
