This company always hires the best people. Things go right 95% of the time but the other 5% the kindness and generosity of the staff make up for it and then some. I went for lunch just as they began serving and there was a slight delay. Nadia B was apologetic and doubled my order on the house. Acts like this endear me to chik fil a and it's wonderful staff.

first, they donât do rewards which is unfair and un heard of to the unreasonable price range they have! compared to a regular chic fil a $11 meal sandwhich and a casino catastrophe of a $16.64 sandwhich. the sandwhich and nuggets werenât served with sauce!!! after repeadtly asking me if i wanted any kind aid sauce i said âlots of chic fil a please.â i got none. luckily my friend received 2. once we opened our lemonades we came to realize that there is NO PEBBLE ICE. are we serious? this is what in my opinion draws the crowd. no chic fil a sauce? and no pebble ice? seriously⊠shoutout philip he was great. yet, the delivery was not there at all. i hope no one experiences this espically before a concert. good thing i have that to soothe my anger from my casino catastrophe!!!

Hope this isnât a common occurrence here. Walked out a bit disappointed with the service provided. Workers seemed like they didnât want to work. Food wasnât served well, one milkshake was given messy and sticky all around the cup. And one of the waffle fries was served like it had already been eaten from with the box being almost half empty.

I recommend no one to ever go to this location they do not participate in the Chick-fil-A app at all when you call corporate and you tell them that they do not do that they do nothing for you even if you spend a good amount of money at this restaurant I would highly recommend nobody to ever go to this restaurant ever if I could give them zero Stars I would very bad customer service

Horrible place to go I called corporate because they would not accept the Chick-fil-A app they said they do not participate in the app corporate office did nothing the manager at this location did nothing horrible customer service I would highly recommend nobody to ever go to this location it's a complete waste of time bad service

In a lapse in judgement I took my daughters and 7 friends for a sleepover at the casino. Of course they wanted Chik Fil A for dinner. I dreaded going up to the counter and profusely apologized to Jon. âI am so sorry bro, Iâm about to mess up your entire night.â Jon stared me dead in the eye and said âBring itâ I rapid fired orders at him, Nuggies, milkshake, lemonades, fries, lots of sauce, oh and someone here is allergic to cherries. Jon got the order out to me insanely quick. Itâs like he saw the fear in my eyes of having to be tasked with feeding 9 feral and ravenous children. He painstakingly took extra care to ensure the vanilla milkshake did not encounter even a hint of cherry. I grabbed the bag and mentally prepared myself that food was missing. I was willing to accept this fact as penance for my ridiculously large order on a Friday night. But hereâs the thingâŠ. It was all there! The entire order was correct. Jon is the man. John with an H was pretty cool too. Thanks for being great at your job and making life easier for an outnumbered and exhausted mom tonight.
