This location is not worth your time. We went at 12 noon on a Monday. They had no macaroni and cheese, no grilled chicken cool wraps (they said they didn’t receive a produce delivery but we were able to order a fruit cup and have lettuce and tomato on a deluxe sandwich…), and would not allow us to order Blue Powerade as a fountain soda with a kids meal (but we could order Coke or Sprite??). This location has a limited menu to start, but not being prepared at lunch on a Monday is unacceptable.

Will was the cashier.At mohegan sun. Not friendly at all. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was gross. Not worst the price I paid for it. Waffle fries were so so. It was the first time I have been there. And definitely the last. Please don't waste your money on this gross place.

Had a horrible experience today, we came to get a frozen lemonade $7.25, the cashier told us to tap, but the reader said $19.13. We alerted the cashier Malcolm and he told us it was fine, we tapped and sure enough we were charged $19.13, Had it on the charges with the time stamp showed nearly every staff member, the manager told us that he had no record of the charge and that it was a system glitch and there was nothing they could do after we waited nearly 30 minutes for an answer. Waste of time, waste of money and horribly scammy. I’d hate to think of the amount of other people this has happened to that never noticed because they were not sober. Be warned, never trust the integrity or intelligence of these places!

Absolutely worst Chick-fil-A experience ever. The whole eco system of Chick-fil-A is not present at this location. No warm welcome. No smiles. No gratitude. Food was like warm at best. Then the prices are about double what they are outside a casino. Very sad!
I will never visit this location again. We went before comedian tonight but will never frequent this establishment franchise owned business again.
Just because your in a casino should not take away what sets you apart.

This company always hires the best people. Things go right 95% of the time but the other 5% the kindness and generosity of the staff make up for it and then some. I went for lunch just as they began serving and there was a slight delay. Nadia B was apologetic and doubled my order on the house. Acts like this endear me to chik fil a and it's wonderful staff.

first, they don’t do rewards which is unfair and un heard of to the unreasonable price range they have! compared to a regular chic fil a $11 meal sandwhich and a casino catastrophe of a $16.64 sandwhich. the sandwhich and nuggets weren’t served with sauce!!! after repeadtly asking me if i wanted any kind aid sauce i said “lots of chic fil a please.” i got none. luckily my friend received 2. once we opened our lemonades we came to realize that there is NO PEBBLE ICE. are we serious? this is what in my opinion draws the crowd. no chic fil a sauce? and no pebble ice? seriously… shoutout philip he was great. yet, the delivery was not there at all. i hope no one experiences this espically before a concert. good thing i have that to soothe my anger from my casino catastrophe!!!

Hope this isn’t a common occurrence here. Walked out a bit disappointed with the service provided. Workers seemed like they didn’t want to work. Food wasn’t served well, one milkshake was given messy and sticky all around the cup. And one of the waffle fries was served like it had already been eaten from with the box being almost half empty.

I recommend no one to ever go to this location they do not participate in the Chick-fil-A app at all when you call corporate and you tell them that they do not do that they do nothing for you even if you spend a good amount of money at this restaurant I would highly recommend nobody to ever go to this restaurant ever if I could give them zero Stars I would very bad customer service
