This company always hires the best people. Things go right 95% of the time but the other 5% the kindness and generosity of the staff make up for it and then some. I went for lunch just as they began serving and there was a slight delay. Nadia B was apologetic and doubled my order on the house. Acts like this endear me to chik fil a and it's wonderful staff.
In a lapse in judgement I took my daughters and 7 friends for a sleepover at the casino. Of course they wanted Chik Fil A for dinner. I dreaded going up to the counter and profusely apologized to Jon. “I am so sorry bro, I’m about to mess up your entire night.” Jon stared me dead in the eye and said “Bring it” I rapid fired orders at him, Nuggies, milkshake, lemonades, fries, lots of sauce, oh and someone here is allergic to cherries. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe and it wasn't spicy so I told them and they remade the order, but still it wasn't spicy. And the price was also higher than other locations, about 3 dollar more per sandwich.
