Eveyone knows chillis is just chillis but if u want the most phenomenal chillis experience go to uncasville and ask for Amy. she was hilarious attentive and had electric energy with every table. the kind of person you’d invite to the rest of the hangout. We had a party of 3 and our server was Amy. She was very attentive to us for whatever we needed. It was apparent that she loved her job and was very personable. I used to go quite often but with the holiday coming I had to concentrate on family. I ordered my QP burger rare and it was served well done. She put it in again for rare and it was perfect. The cooks do a great job too. I cant wait to go back because I will ask to be seated in her section only. Servers like her will keep people coming back for sure! Thank you Amy for everything. I appreciate you! One suggestion...Chilis, please go back to your original chips.

I was disappointed. I tried ordering clam chowder and the discontinued it. Then chili. That was taken off the menu as well. I'm predicting it will be another chain restaurant to be going away soon. That's too bad.

Our server was on point, quick and attentive. Receptive and quick to fix to any issues immediately. Food was hot, chips were hot and crispy. The fajitas were exceptional. It really made going to Connecticut a pleasure and happy place. The environment and ambiance was nice, birthday songs were song and childens laughter was heard. A good place.

We came here for my daughter’s third birthday dinner and our server Jackie went above and beyond as a server and to make my daughter feel special! She was warm, welcoming, friendly, attentive, funny and receptive. She had patience while my daughter order her food, catered to all of our requests such as omitting tomatoes from the salad, making the burger a specific way, etc. We’ve been to multiple chillis and they usually forget something but she was spot on. She checked on us a few times, cleaned up so our table wasn’t packed with dirty dishes as we ate. She was the best server we’ve ever had! She needs to get a promotion, I could see her being a great manger or lead staff ! (The food was also the best we’ve had compared to other chillis locations. It was hot, fresh, cooked well. really no complaints)

This was my first time going here as I'm working from out of town. Excellent service the whole staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. Service was extremely fast and the food was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant

The waitress almost killed my friend after he told her that he was allergic to dairy 3 times. My Mac n cheese was watery and the water was white, the burgers cheese was frozen and the meat on it was not cooked enough the waiter was also lying about the Mac n cheese. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Sophia (Sofia?) was an amazing and attentive server who served us our food fast, efficiently, and with such a pleasant personality/ conversation. Me and my friend were extremely grateful to have Sophia as a server
