My husband, daughter and I had the clam strips, seafood salad grinder and a grilled cheese! Sat outside at the picnic tables. Perfect place to stop before going to the Dino place, which is right across the street.

Roadside stop for an eclectic menu and ice cream. We stopped for the seafood which was fresh, cooked well, and very good portions. Worth the 50 minute drive from home.

We happened to find this gem of a place while driving past it. We knew we would not be disappointed because of the number of cars parked and people waiting to order. They have fast service, wait is not too long.
We always order the chicken bomb sandwich and fish and chips which is one of their popular dishes
Next time we definitely want to try their ice creams. Very kid friendly, it has outdoor and indoor seating.

Best Gyro ? I have ever had! Fried shrimp ? was tender and delicious. Kids loved the curly fries and onion rings. Large menu so plenty of options, much of it fried but not all. Salads and ice cream available. Nice place to eat outside and room for the kids to play and get some energy out while we waited. Would go back!

Seafood is a bit pricey anywhere these days but David's Place is worth EVERY penny you spend....look at all I had on my plate plus a soda and it was under $20!!!

In my season-long quest for outdoor roadside eateries, today I landed at Dave's Place. Delicious 1/4 lb hamburger and fries served with a large soft drink for $13 and some change. Good portions, friendly service, good price. I definitely recommend!

Cute concept, horrible food. Out in the area for our son’s birthday adventure so we do not know the area well but figured this would be a cute place to stop. Got the mom and pop shop feeling, can’t go wrong … or so we thought. Food is over priced for the quality. They over fried everything! Literally no taste on the seafood or chicken. Chicken Cesar salad had so much seasoning on the chicken that my son did not like it - waste of money. Only thing I can say was the grilled cheese was decent. The dining room was so hot and full of flies, it was gross. The young woman taking the orders at the window was so short and rude, just try smiling. Kids wanted ice cream, refused to give David’s Place more of my money. Go some place else!

The place had a wide variety of food but none of what i ordered was good. My family and I ordered fries, chicken, burgers, chili, etc. We got food that tasted like I got it at a middle school cafeteria. Everything came out fast but my boyfriend was overcharged. The woman who took our order was very rude and short. The chili tasted like dog food and the crab cakes sucked. I recommend the desserts but just about none of the food. Honestly just skip the place and go to Mcdonald’s.

This food is awesome, hot dogs are great and they really try for how much business they get. With that said, it’s a little tough when you ask for mayonnaise and they only give you one. I watched as they give other customers the same amount after for example having kids. Love it otherwise! And the ice cream is fantastic!
