This place was a total letdown. The coffee tasted like bitter garbage. I ordered their English egg and cheese with sausage sandwich, and it was burnt to a crisp. Who even serves food like that?
And the cleanliness? I saw a rat in a trap near the seating area. How is that okay for a place that serves food?
The service was just as bad. I asked a middle-aged blonde lady (nicely) if they forgot one of my drinks, and she snapped at me like I was being a problem. I wasn’t even rude, but she acted like I was bothering her.
This place needs to clean up, fix the food, and train their staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they make serious changes.

I went through the drive through and when i got to the window i asked to change the order. The lady said we are super busy , you need to go back through the drive through and re order There was no-one else in line. Poor service

Me and my boyfriend go to this Dunkin’ every morning on the way to work in the morning. Coffee is good, obviously we all take our coffees differently. Food is good as well. My son likes the bacon egg and cheese on croissant and the loaded hash browns.

Drinks are always spot on. The food always tastes stale at this location (I always go in the morning). Tried it several times and each time the food ended up in the trash. It won't stop me from going since the drinks are perfectly made and staff is very friendly. I've only used the drive-thru.

Please do not order any baked goods from this place today September 5th I went inside and I ordered two cheddar Bagel twists and ask Ed that just one be heated up when I got home I noticed the cheese looked really dark brown however I do like overcooked things , but weirdly the bread was basically Raw on both pieces of bread which I only noticed when I took a bite and worst of all it tasted like bad bacon. I don't know if they're not washing their hands I don't know if they mix the cheese with the other Foods on accident or maybe it was just so old I don't know what it was but both the one that was heated up and the one that I got as is should not have been given to someone for consumption and the sad part is that two employees checked my food because I was standing closer to the straws but I watched one employee put the bag in the pickup area as I went inside to order and then I thought it was funny as the other employee realized and grabbed it and then put the second one in there if you work there and you're reading this please wash your hands and don't follow through with anything that you wouldn't eat yourself:-(

Workers always talking and run around like they’re doing something and somehow still take forever… coffee always made wrong and the workers just act like they don’t care (especially the big lady)
Extremely efficient staff. Can absorb a lot of information with large orders and recall them with accuracy making the serving speed much faster. Long wrap-around drive thru.

Customer service was horrible! Waited at the counter for 10 mins while one employee scrolled on her phone and the other ate her muffin. Left without getting anything. Good thing there's a dunkin at every corner!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.!I went this morning to get my coffee and it tasted super strong. The little note said espresso and I realized she gave me someone else order. Regardless, it wasn’t the coffee I ordered & asked if I could please get another one and she was clearly irritated and rude. She said “ no, that’s your order. THATS what you asked for”Then not only proceeded to put honey in it which I did NOT Ask for but told me to “Speak in English”!It is sad to see this establishment customer service go downhill the last few years.

They are constantly out of coffee rolls, double chocolate donuts, and apple fritters and this is every day before 9am.....takes forever to get a coffee. They don't care if you have to work at 7 and been waiting for 10 minutes just to order.
