Lady at Dunkin’ Donuts, who works at 2:50 AM on a Saturday night I know you hate your life. I know you’re miserable with your job. I know you’re probably having a very terrible morning and are just upset at the world that you’re working such a position but maybe don’t take it out on everyone else who is just going there to grab a bite to eat and is hungry.
Not only were you disrespectful and rude and told me to leave out of the drive-through if I wasn’t going to order anything I had my window up because it’s -10° outside and I wasn’t gonna wait for you with my window down because you were busy taking another customer’s order. Once I proceeded to place my order, you decided to tell me that everything I wanted was unavailable or you didn’t feel like making it or you had one day old bagels as options. I made adjustments to my order and then I went up to the window, knowing that you told me, I would also have a five minute wait. Once there you decided to give me the meanest attitude and hand me over my order only for me to enjoy a sandwich without cheese and a very, incredibly cold, bacon and hash brown order.
I am so sorry that you are having such a difficult life, but don’t take it out on people who are just trying to eat food and go out their day if you hate your life that much and you hate your job. There are other options. Mohegan Sun is always hiring.

I went here after work, I asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese and they gave it to me plain so I turned back around and went inside and they said we don’t have time to put cream cheese on a bagel we don’t have time for that kind of problem and threw them in the bag.

This review is specifically about the night staff at this location. While I sit dead in my car again for the umpteenth time picking up a dash order. It took me 15 minutes to get here, a few to use the restroom, no customers in sight, I get to the order pick up and the receipt is still sitting on the printer. I ripped it off myself, sent a picture to the customer, and apologized to them that this location gives zero you- know- what's about doing their job. Many nights I've headed this way with plenty of time to get a simple coffee ready, but they're outside smoking with the adjacent convenient store clerk. When I tore off the receipt the blonde older woman with braids came huffing over, I haven't started that yet! Yes, I can definitely see that, I respond. She starts to ramble her excuses, annoyed at the size of the order. It's. Your. Job. She nips at me it will take a long time. Perfect, I think. I'll write this review for you as I get sandbagged again. I don't get paid by the hour, these customers pay a lot for this, and it must be horrible to assemble a bagel sandwich.

Good to grab fast food but no sitting space to eat, neither inside, nor outside.
Don't make coffee if u can stir it correctly imagine going to job interview and the lid to ur coffee is on directly. Just fire ppl they don't need jobs if they can't show good hospitality and lack skills. 5:57pm I had enough of this crap

This place was a total letdown. The coffee tasted like bitter garbage. I ordered their English egg and cheese with sausage sandwich, and it was burnt to a crisp. Who even serves food like that?
And the cleanliness? I saw a rat in a trap near the seating area. How is that okay for a place that serves food?
The service was just as bad. I asked a middle-aged blonde lady (nicely) if they forgot one of my drinks, and she snapped at me like I was being a problem. I wasn’t even rude, but she acted like I was bothering her.
This place needs to clean up, fix the food, and train their staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they make serious changes.

Me and my boyfriend go to this Dunkin’ every morning on the way to work in the morning. Coffee is good, obviously we all take our coffees differently. Food is good as well. My son likes the bacon egg and cheese on croissant and the loaded hash browns.
