The shrimp scampi pizza was awesome. Kids loved their food and the waitress was kind and attentive. I would only recommend crayons for the little ones to keep them busy while waiting

Grabbed an easy dinner for visiting family. A large pepperoni and large cheese and 2 large side salads. Everything was correct, and the food was pretty good. It did take them about 15 minutes longer than they said to get it out, even though they weren't busy at all. There has definitely been a serious increase in price and decrease in quality over the last year or two, but it works for an easy dinner

Classic neighborhood pizza joint. I seemed to be the only non local, non regular customer. Trust me, worth the trip. Nice crust and a sauce to be proud of!

I've been there 3 times in the last couple of months. Service and food quality are consistent. Staff greets upon enentering. Helped quickly. Hit or miss if the place is packed or empty. The only reason I took a star for the atmosphere, is there's a bunch of stuff piled up on one side of the dining room, our tables have been sticky 2 out of 3 times visiting, and parking and leaving can be tricky as its on the corner, at a traffic light, almost right on the road.

All in all, each time we've eaten here, my wife, kids, and I all say that this could be our go-to spot in Montville.

Kid-friendliness: Seemed pretty kid friendly. No playgrounds, special areas, or coloring books...but its also a local Pizza place, not a 1990s McD or a Shoneys...

Arrived and my order was a complete surprise to staff . Don’t use there online ordering , there staff with question you as if you used an unusual service grub hub etc . When you went to there webpage ordered and paid and there system doesn’t work . Food was good , but don’t have an online ordering system if it literally doesn’t work ? Mind you no compensation was offered for this inconvenience when payment/tip was already made .

Ever since new management took over the foods been lacking. My family will probably just find a different place for grinders. Plus, it looks like the management treats their employees badly from what I've heard too (heard someone talking about the restaurant recently at a retail location) yikes. the food used to be worth the price, now it's not. Its over priced for McDonald's quality. Go to somewhere better. Like illianos...

I ordered through Slice. Paid $16.96 for the clam strips entree. I got a small, barely filled container with only clam strips. When I called back they couldn't refund me only give me a credit for fries next time I order from there. I also ordered a burger and chicken tenders. My total was $47.08. Absolutely ridiculous and over priced. And of course I can't add a photo for proof.

Steer clear of this place, heard the "manager" Lisa make racist remarks as well as referring to her workers as "retards" cant support a buisness who treats their employees like this

i’m an 18 year old looking for work and i have no experience with making pizza, i call and ask to see if they were hiring and the manager starts yelling at me on the phone asking me what i can do in a rude manner. i tell him i’m very experienced in customer service and asked politely if i was able to be trained, he then goes on and says “so what.. i have to pay you to train you?” “you have nothing to offer for me…” so i then hung up manager or general manager or who ever that was, was very rude to me and disrespectful
