This place sucks!! Slow service, one employee working hard and all the others stand around. I ordered one sub, got a different one and got attitude when I complained. Do not recommend!!!!

Ordered over the phone because online ordering wasn't available here. Grabbed Dunkin across the hall and ate and drank coffee while waiting. The order took at least 30 minutes to be ready. My two side orders of pickles were missing. The old aged cashier seem moody because she had to get them.

The staff greeted us instantly. The person taking our order was very helpful, this was our first time here. Upon checking out, using points, the cashier explained the steps that were taken to ensure a positive experience. The sandwich was massive in size.

Very disappointed with the Jersey Mike’s at Mohegan Sun Casino. This was my third attempt trying to get a sandwich from them, and each time has been frustrating. I’ve left concerts early just to make it before closing, only to be turned away by rude staff. On different nights, I’ve been told they wouldn’t take my order because they were closing—in some cases 15 minutes before close, once even 30 minutes before. The attitude from the workers is consistently unwelcoming and unprofessional. It’s unfortunate, because I love Jersey Mike’s, but this location clearly doesn’t care about customer service or following posted hours.

Food was good but watching a line of 6 people not be waited on while 5 people stand there and do nothing while waiting for 1 guy to take all the orders is wasteful and stupid.
Throw in that when I asked for pepper relish NONE of them knew what that was despite it being offered on the menu. They don't know the menu and almost forg9t my bacon on a bacon based sandwich...
No napkins in any dispenser...

I rarely make reviews because they typically don’t do anything but my experience at this restaurant is that the employees are all high and are not interested in their jobs. There was 2 people in front of me I placed my order and 15 minutes later my order is still not being made. I ask “is anyone working the grill?” And the man responds “huh?” I respond …”I don’t see anyone making my sandwich and I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes” he responds “oh I got you” and turns around and starts talking to his co worker as if I wasn’t there…I walked out before I took it personal…

My family and I have had Jersey Mikes sandwiches from many different locations and this location by far is the worst. I called in my order and it wasn’t made properly but I understand mistakes happen but when I called to see if I could get my order corrected the employee acted like she couldn’t be bothered and spoke to me with an attitude “ well what do you want me to do about it”. The sandwich was poorly made definitely not like other Jerseys Mikes locations. The sandwich looked like it was just throwing together and lacking any standers Jersey Mikes have. Waste of $22 for a sandwich and employees at this location need to learn how to speak to customers

Since it's not possible to order on the JM app for the Uncasville location, I called the store to see if I could order by phone. Even though the store wasn't yet open for the day, the young woman who answered the phone took my order and was very cheerful and pleasant about it. When I got to the store, everything was ready. The two women employees made friendly conversation as I paid for my order. My order was accurate everything tasted great, as it should. I definitely will go back to this Jersey Mike's, and I would definitely recommend it to others.
