Overall experience was a mess. The line was insanely long, barely moved in 30 minutes. After standing around we learned the computer wasn't really working and that they may need to shut down. Great experience after standing around forever. Gave up and didn't even get a sandwich.

You know I do love my cheesesteaks and Jersey Mike’s is so consistent everywhere you go. And the staff they hire or some of the nicest people and boy are they productive with getting sandwiches out congratulations.

As a Jersey girl, I'm embarassed to admit I'd never been to Jersey Mike's until recently... and this time, not even in New Jersey! I was walking around Mohegan and looking for a casual spot to grab some dinner, so I decided to give this place a shot. If I had to describe it, I'd call it a better version of Subway.They have plenty of sandwich options, with various meats and cheeses, and you can add on toppings. I found the ingredients to be of decent quality and the sandwich itself was pretty filling. Would I go out of my way to go to Jersey Mike's? No, but it certainly got the job done.

I love this place but they never have enough help out front to keep the customer lines moving swiftly. The help is in the building but they are always in the back chit chatting or doing whatever they are doing while two staff upfront struggle to maintain the sanity amidst hungry impatient folk with short tempers. After the cook yells for help four or five more will come from wherever they were hiding to help out. Sheesh

We usually stop in once per trip. Me and my wife will split a regular sub-$11.95 and each get a soda-$5.05 ea. It's a clean comfortable space and the subs are delicious. Quick little escape from the busy casino action. Great place to spend some of your Momentum Points as well.

We stopped in on our girls trip and got some subs. I have severe food allergies and they were so kind and helpful to me. They all went out of their way so I wouldn’t get sick on my trip I’m so grateful for that. It means more than you could ever know. Much love to this crew and God bless you

Very rude gentleman who was making my sandwich. Seemed like he was in a bad mood and just bothered to even want to be there. Was having such a good day at the casino and this worker's demeanor really put a dent in my day. Had no name tag so I could grab his name.

Horrible customer service and really slow. Ordered the GF sandwich. I know it takes a while to make and I don't like to keep people behind me waiting, so I went up to order when there were no other customers. Except 5 employees and it took a while before someone bothered to take my order. When I said allergy and not preference I got an eye roll and a sigh. This continued through everytime the clerk told another worker he was making a GF.

Service is a little slow but to be expected when they slice the meats for each sandwich. It was a pretty good sandwich and they do load up the meat. Location isn't the best and hard to find.

We were at jersey mikes 25 minutes ago and the lady who took our order was externally rude!!! I do not know her name but I do have a photo. When we were checking out she rolled her eyes then proceeded to slam the cup down and loudly say "would you like your receipt" she went to make my sisters sandwich and got annoyed when she was adding stuff to it like the sandwich came out of her pay check. The rest of the workers were sweet and we didn't have a issue with them!

We go to the Jersey Mikes at Mohegan Sun, uncasville, CT often. However we will never go again. We ordered a steak grinder and after we paid we were told to wait on the side (understandably). We waited 10 minutes and watched our grinder being given away to a customer who was 3 people in back of us in line. I kindly explained to the girl at the register that this happened and she rudely told me they are making another one and to wait again. So we did wait another 5 minutes, and watched as she gave 3 steak grinders away to a man who was about 6 people in back of us in line. I told her one of those should be ours, and she rudely said to me "You think you're privileged". She said that man goes there all the time and we needed to wait again. I didn't know why she said that but figured out later that it was a racist comment. I told her she shouldn't speak to customers that way and I was going to report her. She had no name tag on and wouldn't give me her name. As I was asking her to credit my card another employee threw a steak grinder across the counter at me. At this point I was so upset that I took the grinder and left. However I did go to Mohegan Suns customer service center and report this situation. They told me to contact this Jersey Mikes. I have never had a problem with Jersey Mikes or Mohegan Sun before. That was my first humiliating and bad experience at Jersey Mikes.

The only reason I'm giving 3 on food and service is because I went in and order 10 subs, which at the time was only 1 person ordering and took probably a good 5 to 10 min after for the line to add up. Which I made the atmosphere a 2 because all this came into play, the guy that took my order was very polite and I told him I was ordering 10 subs he yelled to all the employees to get to the front for help and was very nice. Now 2 girls had to say to me next time I place such a large order next time call first even though I told the guy no rush, and the other girl said a comment to other costumers that the wait would be almost 30 min because of my order which by this time my food was maybe another 10 min. The attitude was very unnecessary it would make no difference if 10 people came in and ordered that many subs, even the manager was out there helping and nice. Next time I will think twice about going here and spending almost $200 and leaving a tip to people who apparently don't want to actually work. The girls barely did any work and just kept standing there wasting time. If this was such a problem the manager could have said something but he didn't, bad costumer service by these girls, but great job to the 2 guys working.
