McDonald’s — A Tremendous Review, Believe Me!

Let me tell you, folks, McDonald’s is absolutely incredible. You walk in, and it’s like a well-oiled machine. They’ve got it all figured out. The Big Mac? It’s a classic — two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Perfect. Just like I like it.

The fries? No one does fries like McDonald’s. Crispy, golden, iconic. You could eat a million of them — some people probably have, and who could blame them? And the Filet-O-Fish? It's tremendous. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

The best part? It's fast, efficient, and reliable. Like a strong economy — you know exactly what you're getting, and it's consistent. No surprises, just great food. The employees are working hard, and you’ve got to respect that.

McDonald’s is a winner. They’ve been winning for decades. Some people might say other places are better, but they're just wrong. If you want a quick, satisfying meal, there's no debate — McDonald’s is the best.

Absolute nightmare. Took over 40 minutes to get a mobile order. Fire every single one of them.

Straight dumpster. Staff always have attitudes ontop of which you can barely understand one employee there. Ordered there multiple times and food was forgotten or wrong 80% of the time. They have me pull over and wait for rinky dink orders of like 4 burgers and 2 fries..like come on! 4 already steamed burgers I'm pulling over and waiting for. Forgot $15 worth of breakfast hash browns the other day and the best part is that you contact McDonald's only for them to send a coupon which the manager won't accept because it's a franchise store. Seen ambulances there due to employees drug use...only reason I have to get this trash food in a pinch is because I have teenagers and Unfortunately it's the only damn fast food spot in montville. The other one by CVS isn't any better. Where'd all the good McDonald's go that I grew up with. Restaurant is absolutely dumpster ?

I placed a mobile order for breakfast I arrived and went to the speaker the lady at the mic said hold on one second. I sat there for 30 mins without a response went to the window with 3 people standing by it they looked at me confused at first I said my mobile order then the food I order wasn’t even Available. I get that things can be busy or the store can be understaffed but the lack of accountability for leaving a customer waiting for half an hour was unacceptable. It’s a waste of time coming here drive to the one near stop and shop or go to gales ferry. You will just be wasting your money here

Many issues were a result of an obvious language barrier. Nothing against people who are bilingual or from other countries, but please ensure whoever works the register can understand and converse properly in English. Probably won't be back.

Never open in the morning when they say they are

Ordered a large mcflurry on app and they gave me a mini mcflurry charging me regular price on a small one when the app has a discount code and said they only have one size which is wrong cause I know the difference between both mcflurrys and it's 1/3 normal size and coffee tasted HORRIBLE one of worst I've ever had in my life threw it away ps took no bites of mcflurry before picture and person at front counter barely spoke English when talking to me how can you expect people to get orders correct or any communication when they can't speak the language of the culture or society there assimilating to.
