Stood at counter for over 5 minutes, while 5 staff ran around lIke chickens with their heads cut off. 5 people behind me and only 3 waiting fot coffee to be made. Finally got to order and my order came before I got change for my order. People seemed nice enough, except the gal who threw my tray at me and rolled her eyes, because I mentioned I'd like my change before my food.

I came in to eat inside the restaurant which is very nice and well kept and it is probably 55° in here, after speaking to one of the employees they mentioned the heat has been not working for 3 months and people have called the owner and nothing's been repaired. This is absolutely ridiculous for the employees and for the customers The food is delicious it's McDonald's, the service was amazing however they need to fix this issue for their employees especially that work 8-hour shifts. I'm posting the owners name and number and if you get a minute call and express concern for this issue of the heat not working thanks so much

they gave us expired milk for my son. no sauce on my husbands buffalo chicken sandwich. fries were cold. 0/10 recommend.

I really don't like the self-serve kiosks.

New visit- at least the kiosk was working correctly. The staff seemed to be working as a team.

What’s the point of mobile ordering and the guy at the window double checking the name and code to still hand me the wrong food. This location has become as poor as the one the closed by Mobil further up the road

Always check your bag to make sure you have everything I been here multiple times and it seems like they always forget somthing and it’s sad because it be a small order how to you mess up !!!

I haven’t had such a bad McDonalds visit in a while. I had a small mobile order, and I was kept waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. When I finally got my food, my frappe smelled like mold or cigarettes or something. I usually have good service with this McDonalds, so I am very disappointed.

Managers need to get on the same page. I was told to come to this location at 9am for something and then being told I wouldnt be able to purchase it. Waste of my time and morning. It is also clean here so I felt like I had to atleast give a second star.

They're always friendly and professional which goes a long way with a McDonald's chain restaurant. Haven't had anything wrong and we don't wait long so yeah that's five stars to me.

Girl at drive through window was very rude and used a racey term with me. Tom doesn’t stand for that I had to get out of my car and give her a peace of my mind. She said that I will be deported and another worker got involved and said they can’t get manager. This happen around 12pm August 21st. This was unacceptable and I won’t return again. Place is GURT!!
