Ordered unsalted fries had salt and the fries were undercooked. Order quarter pounder. They purposely removed the bottom of the bun just because they’re lazy to work to make a fresh one due to me wanting it made specifically. It’s a shame.

I don t post for a fast food place but I can t take it anymore. This has happened to me before at this place but, Hey McDonalds.....CAN YOU PUT PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE THRU THAT CAN AT LEAST SPEAK A LITTLE BIT OF ENGLISH? I went thru this morning and could not order because the guy taking my order had NO IDEA what I was reading to him off the menu. He could not understand me so I drove to the window and tried to give my order but he had no clue and when he tried to communicate that to me, it was clear he had no idea how to speak english. I ended up leaving in major frustration.I know people need to work, but this is POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Why would you put someone in a position THAT REQUIRES COMMUNICATING WITH THE PUBLIC.....AND THEY CAN T? Come on Mickey Ds get your house together!!!!!

It's a McDonald's, let's be real no thrills or frills here. It is what it is. They only get a low score because they forgot a hash brown on a very basic order. If you're staying across the street though this is your spot, skit the "free" breakfast.
HORRIBLE! It was the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonalds! After being totally ignored for 4 minutes I tried to get one of the several employees to help me and they looked at me and looked away! I finally had to raise my voice to get my coffee ordered. Never again!

Stopped here for some late night snacks before going back to our hotel room for the night. The food was actually all pretty hot and fresh for the time of night we visited. The drive thru had a small line, but we ended up waiting 20 minutes before we got the food. The staff was friendly and they did appear to be running on limited staff.

I guess it's asking a lot when ordering a sweet tea to actually get a tea that's sweet. They forgot to add the sugar to this batch of sweet tea. Food was fresh but not all of it was correct. Not sure if it's worth coming back.

Food was fine, although the lady at the window did not put eggs on the McMuffins. She has no idea how to communicate. I could barely understand her. She doesn’t belong at the drive thru window or anywhere she has to speak to customers. Won’t be coming back.
