The world's largest coffeehouse chain with about 38,000 in 86 countries. It's popular and I can understand the hype. The first one opened in Seattle, Wa. I think it's pricey but the quality is there. They serve a wide variety of drinks and food; from snacks, pastries, juices, teas, frappuccinos, lattes, espresso, whole beans, etc.
This one is located in the Mohegan Sun. It was clean and customer service was good. Since it's autumn, I had to get a pumpkin spice latte. That latte was made perfectly. I recommend using the app if you go often, to get points and discounts. Overall, this experience alone warrants 5 stars.

Not a good Starbucks. Place wasn't very clean. I think the employees were either high or drunk. My order had to be remade several times. It's convenient that it's in the center of a casino but that doesn't save it. I would avoid this Starbucks if i were you.

DON'T ORDER HERE. I'm very disappointed in this starbucks. The lady that took our order was very annoyed. They also wanted to charge us extra for scoops, which whenever we ordered in the past, we didn't have to. The way they made drinks was bad, and it seemed that they didn't measure and were just eyeball it. I never had a bad experience with starbucks before until coming here.

Dirty and rude. I was trying to get an iced water, waiting in line at 6:13pm. There were no customers at that time and there were four staff working. One was refilling the drinks outside the counter, and the rest were behind the counter cleaning or organizing. I was waiting for 10 minutes and there was no line behind me and they were not busy at all. The blonde girl that was refilling the refrigerated drinks glanced at me multiple times but didn't say anything to the staff that I was trying to order. She looked at me and went back to organizing. Do these teenagers not have decent courtesy now? It doesn't take that long to take one person's order. The lady that took my order didn't wash her hands either after cleaning a machine. There were smudged brown stains on the outside of my cup.

Service is far from superb. Employee at the front counter rolled his eyes when we were taking too long to order. Barista had a nasty attitude. She argued and refused to add the extra oatmilk despite that we had paid extra for it.

Waited in line at 6:50 for them to open at 7 am. Three employees standing behind the counter talking. At 7:10 they still weren't open and were all just hanging out. Had to go into the exit to ask what was happening. They said they aren't open yet because they don't have hot water. Things happen but this probably could have been told to the line waiting or a sign put up. Waste of 20 minutes.
What’s the point of having a Starbucks when I can’t scan to get points or redeem to get my birthday drink. What’s a joke this is. Staff is also very rude as well. Also take them forever to make one drink. I don’t recommend coming

Horrible location. Please remove the Starbucks logo and franchise name. This place doesn’t allow you to customize drinks, use stars, the baristas are the worst. They’re all very rude, and make you feel unwelcome. Mohegan Sun please take notice, this is not a positive attribute to your resort. Just a bunch of miserable kids, working here. Shut it down.

Just witnessed two females working on new years day completely yelling at an older couple who were given the wrong order and this worker thought they shouldn't complain because they got them free .. I didn't even know there was an initial issue, only saw/heard it because the worker was yelling like a complete derelict. That was Trashy for both Starbucks & Mohegan.
