Today I got a rude lady on the phone . I hung up and called back and said “I was just speaking to someone with an attitude “ and she goes and admits it was her. Right then and there she knew she was being rude . I asked to speak to the manager and he comes on phone stating “nothing much he can do” He didn’t even care about my complaint . If you don’t care about how your customer feels then you shouldn’t be in business. I recently stop eating here and was ordering for someone anyways . When observing they do not wear gloves nor mask and one guy kept walking around and then touch the food. Just for anyones information.

Hands-down the best burger I’ve eaten in a very long time the guy behind the counter is awesome and very attentive even came to my truck to ask me if I wanted any additional coffee while I waited Orono fantastic market

The food is not bad however no one in their kitchen wears gloves or washes hands between tasks. They go from answering the phone, to grabbing a ticket and making a pizza with no hand washing
I read a review saying the burgers here were great so I tried it. Yeah pretty damn great. Beats out shinkys on AMI and is neck and neck with counsils in Bradenton FL. Pretty close to the greatest burger I've had.
