I have been coming to this restaurant since the day they first opened their doors at their old location on Rubber Ave. The staff have always been super nice and provide a great experience whether I'm doing take out (which I usually do) or getting delivery. The food is delicious, and the portions are much more fair than I've gotten at any other restaurants. I highly recommend them and they've got the best pizza in the state!

Always saw this place when I went to the chiropractor so I decided to go in today, I’m glad I did. Very unassuming from the outside but inside is a very lovely place. They make their own bread in-house which is very impressive and I believe it’s focaccia. The pasta fagioli was great so was the chicken parm. Also got a pizza which was as pretty good. The young waitress and waiter were very nice and attentive. Thank you for a great dinning experience:)

I wish we can show on the outside how gorgeous and comfy this place is on the inside. You can tell that the owners spent a lot of time in dedicating themselves to the small details of a restaurant.
I went in and the host/server was just a doll. He was very attentive and asked me if I wanted something specific on the television. I put on my headphones and was reading, brought my own wine and ordered a large pie while watching the game and listening to music.
The pie was excellent. It was one of the top five I've ever had. And I work in New York City and have had top pie in New Haven. The atmosphere was just right for the game that I wanted to watch. They allowed me to bring my own wine which was a plus.
In addition their prices are very reasonable. And I wish I would have come here sooner!!! Thank you for such a wonderful night. I felt at home and relaxed.

We go to this restaurant, to enjoy a meal called Rigatoni Flaka, with Shrimp and hot cherry peppers, Normally we get one order and share, this time we got 2 , so delish! And owner Flaka and her brother are delightful! Pat and Mike!!!

This place is understated from the outside but incredibly designed as well as cozy on the inside. Immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable atmosphere, and a staff that was equally dedicated to giving myself and my two friends excellent service as they were making sure all of the other guests were taken care of. Even the other patrons were friendly! But above ALL of that, the food was incomparably delicious. It didn't taste like restaurant food, it tasted like Home Made food. Also important to note the portions are Quite generous, so be ready to take home leftovers. Sadly was too full to get dessert. This is my top tier first choice for pasta and pizza from now on! Thank you to the staff for an awesome experience the day my friends tied the knot ??? ?

I’ve been here for lunch and dinner and I haven’t had a disappointing meal. Totally love they’re lobster bisque soup, must be made from scratch. They’re grinders I’ve enjoyed several very good. The pre meal bread with garlic oil is amazing. I could keep going, plan to keep coming

I just ordered from Bellissimo's my son was eating a slice of pizza and found black hair in his food I called them and explained that there was hair in the pizza the guy asked me if it was long or short and then said well we wear hair nets I said sir the hair is literally wrapped around the chicken and i askes if i can bring it in and get a new one he said well I don't know what to tell you it's not our hair so it's your problem and hung up on me. What a way to run a business. The hair is literally baked into the chicken!

In fact they were down the road on Rubber ave the last time I had them only because I don’t live around the area anymore but I stopped in today and got my old go to. It’s as good as I remember maybe even better. I was super satisfied and would recommend this establishment to everyone. Very fair prices and great staff. Keep up the good work. ? ?
