So I've been in Naugatuck 32 years. I've never been to Brady's. This was my first experience. We walked in and it was very busy! There was a street event going on this particular night and it was apparent the restaurant was not ready for it. It happens. We sat ourselves, and the waitress was pretty prompt in taking our order. We got two burgers and drinks. The burgers were delivered about 10 minutes after our order, not bad timing! That was the last time we saw our server. I had to go to the bar and ask for silverware. I returned again for napkins. No one came to follow up on our burgers (How is everything, etc..) We ate and enjoyed the meal. The fries were spectacular! After finishing, we waited 15 minutes for someone to ask if we were done. That didn't happen so I proceeded back to the bar and asked a gentleman there if he could ring me out. I hadn't had a visit from our server, and we were ready to go. I asked him if it was exceptional busy tonight or if this was the norm on a Saturday night? He said, " there was a street event, and it was very busy and they weren't ready for it, and we had two call outs." I asked if he was the manager and he said he was the owner. I paid the bill and tipped 20% because I understand the server is "making a living." The food was great; the atmosphere was crazy busy. The restaurant was clean but obviously not well staffed. I understand things happen in the food industry that can't be controlled, however, the fact that we never saw our server after the food was delivered was disheartening. We liked the restaurant and the food. The service, and this is my opinion based on this single experience, was not good. Hopefully if we return again, our experience will be more memorable in a positive way! I hope someone sees this because the restaurant is in a prime location in my town and I want to see t thrive!

I was pretty disappointed. I called in a pick up order tonight for the Blue & Bacon burger. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant taking my order. However, I specifically asked her to confirm that the burger came with lettuce tomato and mayo (as listed on the menu) and she said yes. I said OK good, because that's exactly what I wanted. I went to pick it up - I'm assuming the same young lady handed me my bag that took my phone order, she was very sweet. When I arrived home and opened the box, the burger had only blue cheese and bacon, no LTM. I was particularly disappointed because I had specifically brought this up on the phone. Additionally, and unfortunately, as I ate the burger - every 3-4 bites I had a very hard chewy piece in the meat that I had to spit out. I didn't finish as I just felt like it was just not good quality. Tonight was my first time trying Brady's (I'm new to Naugatuck). There doesn't seem to be a large selection of restaurants in this area so I'm sure I will try eating here again but this was not a great first impression. The place seemed very nice inside, the sweet potato fries were yummy, and again the employee was lovely.

We've gone there often & their food is always a win!! Great neighborhood bar. Delicious drinks with a wide variety of liquor, burgers, salads, loaded tots... everything bar food should be!!! Delicious, served fast, & not crazy expensive!! Definitely a must stop if you're in the Valley!!

I come here often to watch The Lions play & have a drink or meal. The staff here is really great, I love them & they watch out for folks. I've been there for brunch & dinner outside of football season, too. My favorite is the BLT with fries. One time, I was there late night for a game, and there was a couple that kept trying to buy me drinks, saying they had drugs, etc. It was rather creepy, and the bartender noticed and asked if I was ok while they were distracted. I asked him if he could just serve me water even if they wanted to pay for a shot with me, as they were really insistent. And he did pour me a shot of water that I took with them, and made sure they didn't follow me out of the bar. I'm so thankful for folks watching out. I'm not sure the couple had bad intentions, but I didn't want to stick around and find out. 10/10 for service and making customers feel safe. Thank you so much!

Nice little spot! Service was great and people were nice. Def recommend you check it out. If i had to nit-pick I would say id love to see some new dessert options! A tad bit lackluster in that category but thats alright. Add some creme brulee in there and this will be my go-to spot! haha

Ordered food and unfortunately the fries were cooked in old oil , you could smell it once they came out. It wasn’t that busy and still waited like 30 minutes for food. The Beer was flat. Worse is ended up getting charged full price for food that wasn’t touched but was given not offered a 30$ gift card?
