Took a group of co workers for a mental health ice cream lunch. Many good flavors of hard ice cream. Vanilla and chocolate soft serve. Great staff - super friendly. Everyone left there happy.

So, we ordered a birthday cake for 20 people. My daughter picked up a 10" cake. I was concerned. I called the store. The manager got on the phone. He researched the issue. Told me it was their mistake. THEN HE PERSONALLY delivered a new cake to us at no charge. That manager will always get our business. I understand business can make mistakes. Be honest, own it, and you will be my vendor of choice for life

I hadn't been to a Carvel in years. I didn't realize there was one only 15 minutes away in Naugatuck!I love that they have a few soft serve flavors other than chocolate and vanilla: strawberry, mint, coconut and toasted almond on the day I went. I had the toasted almond waffle cone. So creamy and flavorful. They also had hard ice cream and a ton of different toppings as well as packaged cakes and novelties.The young people working there were so friendly to the customers and to each other. You could tell they enjoyed working there. Will definitely be back!

Addicted to low fat strawberry soft serve....
Huge portion size. Nice sitting area in the patio. Also has ice cream cakes for special occasions. Love their coffee/ mocha and maple-walnut.
Nothing better than getting sundaes without whip cream and cherry on top..
