I just got my order of beef and broccoli. It was a half container. I politely called and said my large container is only half full. My answer. That's normal. I said I usually order from New Moon and always get a full container. They said we're not New Moon good bye. Order from New Moon. Not theses rude cheap people. New Moon is under renovation but will be open soon. Shame on this restaurant. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR TOWARD A polite customer .

Ordered a simple beef broccoli with egg rolls on the side. The beef was light gray, tasted funny, and was super hard to chew. Rice and broccoli was ok. The egg rolls tasted and smelled like medical alcohol. I was also charged $1.25 for a fortune cookie. First and last time coming to this place. Shame...

I order from this place at least every week for the super meal which runs about $60 delivered to my house today I decided to order and requested a bottle of Coca-Cola for that is part of my order. When I received my order they decided to give me ginger ale And many different food items that I did not order as if they kind of bunch stuff together on their own. When I called to ask what happened the woman who answered, decided to argue with me and tell me the soda I paid for was free and not to complain because they’re busy First of all terrible customer service will never order from here again I spend $60 a week ordering from you. And over a $2 bottle of soda and your condescending attitude I will never order again I can see why you guys have a 3.5 star rating

They finished with my order very quickly. The food was a bit dry but not bad at all. I really enjoyed their orange chicken, especially. The prices are very affordable, at least in my opinion. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're in a pinch ?

The restaurant is really amazing, from the staff working there to the amazing customer service, it’s all great, not to mention the food is amazing especially from the fried rice and boneless spare ribs, to the egg drop soup it’s all great, to the workers there great job and keep up the amazing work.Parking: The parking is great genuinely, lots of space for big and small vehicles.Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness is off the chart, great for kids of all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy, the main door way is just the right size for a standard wheelchair to fit through.

I recently moved into Naugatuck and I chose Chinatown Kitchen as a quick restaurant to go to if I’m craving Chinese food. So far I had no negative experiences with anything, the prices are quite fair, and delivery is quick. Pickup is also really quick, and when it is busy, the food still arrives hot. Love it. ?
I made an order today and I had placed an order of a large fried rice, two orders of french fries with chicken wings, fried baby shrimps and a 2L soda.I had to repeat my order twice to a gentlemen and then a lady. When order arrived they gave me 2 orders of French fries and chicken nuggets (which I did not order). I spoke to the lady (I believed owner) and told her the situation and she wanted me to swap the chicken nuggets with the chicken wings her driver was going to deliver to me. But I told her I wanted money back and she kept asking me “Why” and I told her because I want chicken wings. She then said, “keep all food” and the driver was going to bring the wings. The driver came and he said “swap”, I told him lady said to keep it. He left without saying a word. I called again and lady now is saying that she said swap. I’m now very upset and told her I want my money back, she say “Why” I told her I don’t want their service. Driver came back to pick up order and he said the most disrespectful thing I ever had some one tell us. He said, “America always want free food!”. Well, excuse me but I have order numerous times here and this is beyond unprofessional of them. I did not want free food I just wanted my damn wings like I had ordered at first. I made no fuss about it when I called her but this is beyond disappointing of them!!!!!Will NEVER call here again!!!

Wow! First time I have been impressed with Naugatuck Chinese food. I've tried 3 other Chinese food places in Naugy, and was never impressed. Everything was cooked to perfection and flavorful, and I found the portions to be generous. I had no trouble ordering online, and our food arrived fast. I also forgot to add an instruction to my order and had to call, and the gentleman on the phone was helpful and courteous. This place will be my go-to from now on!

Absolutely horrible they give some for large and hit you over the head for it 2 pints of wonton soup 2 pints of white rice and a pint. Of chicken with snow pea for 20$
