I'm uber eats driver and I picked up from here everything was going well. I have plastic bin that is locked in place on front passenger seat. The bag was sitting upright. On my way to the customer, wasn't far of drive, no hills no sudden stops or anything. Most of time I was stuck in traffic so stop n go very slowly. and when I went to grab the bag the bag was still upright...bottom of bag was soaked. Sauce from food was dripping from my bin , car to outside. I don't know how that happened. Bag didn't tilt or anything i didn't tilt bag to put in my car. Everything was uprights im guessing chipotle put too much sauce in food. So I was soaked with sauce I literally had to come home wash up and change

I don’t know if I went on a great day. But there was no line, super fresh chicken, the portions were huge and they were super nice.

terrible the guys said for wait like a 20 minutes for the meat. the 20 minutes passed and my food wasn’t ready

disappointing to pay 20 dollars for a doublewrap and get an amount of food as if a 3 year old would eat

I ordered burrito bowl. They were out of brown rice. The staff went to fill the rice from the drive in section. I told the tall guy in front to tell her to put less rice bcoz they slap the bowl with large portions of rice. He acknowledged but ignored my request. When the bowls were back I asked if they could take out the extra rice, the extra rice were thrown in garbage. I asked why would they waste, he said sanitary purpose. Guess where the spatula went?. To garbage and came back right into the rice bowl. Talking abt sanitary. All this drama happened while am still filling the bowl and have not even touched it yet. All they had to do was put it back in rice bin. And , running out of [email protected]. Poor customer service.
Update- I was told it’s the normal thing to throw away the extra rice in bin. I have seen other places throw extra rice back into the bin. Also I made my point not to extra rice in first place which they clearly ignored.

Waited 20 minutes in the chipotlane with a car in front of me. The entire purpose of a chipotlane is to pick up already ready orders. I had to bring my six month old crying baby inside the establishment and then be told that I need to calm down. I feel like it is common sense that if the car order is not ready, then they should drive around to the back of the line until their order is ready. Ridiculous and horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend unless you want a bunch of incompetent teenagers to make your food or if you are okay waiting three days to retrieve your order.

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt as there are always challenges to work out when a new restaurant opens, but it’s been a few months and things only seem to be getting worse. I went on a Sunday at noon and they were closed. Hours posted on the door say they are open everyday from 10:45am-11pm, yet lights were off and doors were locked.
