Got delivery from here. Delivery driver didn't read the delivery instructions. One of the pizzas I order was incorrect, so I called to get a refund for that one pizza. I was told to call back after 5:30, because a manager wasn't there and they couldn't refund until then. The person on the phone continuously tried to talk over me, and tried to give me a nonsense excuse as to why the pizza was the way it came, when in reality, they just didn't read the instructions given by the customer. I'm extremely disappointed.

Horrible customer service and food. Ordered 3 cheesy bread from this place and all 3 looked like the pictures posted. No cheese in the middle which isnt that the main thing for a stuffed cheesy bread? Called and the girl we talked to was rude made us bring it back and gave attitude the whole time. When we got there and showed the man he was like thats how its supposed to be. I personally have always had cheese in the middle everyother place but maybe thats not what this establishment does. Like why am i wasting over $20 for something they clearly dont know how to make. No apology or refund just straight up trash that I had to throw away because he didnt care. I wouldnt suggest going here if you want good food. Find a different Domino's that actually puts cheese in their cheesy bread. Oxford CT Domino's always loads the cheese in the cheesy bread. If you look at the pictures how is that even cheesy bread? All 6 (3 original and 3 remakes) all came like that no cheese in the middle. Edit:Why would you tell me to email you to resolve this and it be over 2 days and no reply back?

Great experience I had at Domino’s Pizza In Naugatuck I had no wait hot and fresh food very clean store was greeted by store manager Syed very nice guy and knows how to treat his customers keep up the good work will definitely be back

Went to pick up my Pizza and wings. The delivery driver who appears to maybe on something, handed me my food because the other workers were busy. I asked him for the blue cheese that was suppose to come with my wings. He refused to give it to me. I told him when I ordered online the blue cheese was checked off. Instead of giving it to me he gave me a very difficult time and wanted me to pay for the blue cheese. Anywhere else you go to get wings the blue cheese is always given with it. Nope not dominos. Horrible customer experience. Instead another customer offered to buy me a blue cheese. Thank you to that customer for giving me the customer experience Domino's should have given me.

They was not very help full . I asked for a container for another container. Bring my pizza home can't you use the Box. So I did that I'm lost my pizza outside. Am I a piece of fell outside. So she didn't give me another container I don't think I'm coming back there.

Just got our order. Originally said it was delivered but never showed up. We called, and got in touch finally with someone. We were able to get it taken care of- the driver is very friendly and polite.
